紅外傳感器的微弱信號檢測與處理

【摘要】:熱釋電元件輸出信號幅值小,不易探測,噪聲影響明顯,文中對熱釋電紅外傳感器進(jìn)行了噪聲分析,掌握了影響系統(tǒng)噪聲的特點。選用結(jié)型場效應(yīng)管對信號進(jìn)行前置低噪聲放大,利用雙路消噪的原理設(shè)計了二級增益可調(diào)的放大濾波電路。對處理前后的信號進(jìn)行了分析,可見這樣的設(shè)計消除了系統(tǒng)的外部噪聲和內(nèi)部噪聲。通過搭建的測試平臺,對制作好的紅外傳感器進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)處理和性能測試,驗證了該設(shè)計的合理性。
[Abstract]:The output signal amplitude of pyroelectric element is small, it is not easy to detect, and the influence of noise is obvious. In this paper, the noise analysis of Pyroelectric infrared sensor is carried out, and the characteristics that affect the noise of the system are mastered. The junction field effect tube is selected to amplify the signal with low noise, and the amplifier filter circuit with adjustable two-stage gain is designed by using the principle of two-channel denoising. The signal before and after processing is analyzed, and it can be seen that the external noise and internal noise of the system are eliminated by such a design. Through the test platform, the data processing and performance test of the infrared sensor are carried out, and the rationality of the design is verified.
