【摘要】：精細(xì)可擴(kuò)展(fine grained scalable,FGS)編碼是網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻中最流行的編碼技術(shù)之一.采用FGS編碼時(shí),基本層的速率選擇需要在受益客戶數(shù)量和視頻編碼效率之間進(jìn)行折中.為此,本文提出了一個(gè)源端基本層最佳速率確定算法,以最大化所有客戶的觀感體驗(yàn).論文首先提出了一個(gè)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)和曲線擬合建立R-Q(Rate-Quality)函數(shù)曲線的方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了縮小最佳基本層速率搜索空間的定理,并針對(duì)單序列和多序列的不同特點(diǎn)和不同的問(wèn)題復(fù)雜度,提出了不同的算法.針對(duì)單視頻序列優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,提出了改進(jìn)的FGSOPT_N法,算法只用到了序列的R-Q函數(shù)曲線;針對(duì)多視頻序列問(wèn)題是NP困難問(wèn)題的實(shí)際,提出了改進(jìn)的分枝定界MFGSOPT_N算法和改進(jìn)的貪婪算法MFGS_N以確保找到最優(yōu)基本層速率,減少算法運(yùn)行時(shí)間.針對(duì)每種算法,給出了實(shí)例進(jìn)行算法效果的演示和對(duì)比.結(jié)果顯示提出的算法能可靠找到最優(yōu)基本層速率.
