某型雷達(dá)故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:Radar, as a modern observation and detection tool, has wide development space in both civil and military fields. It has the characteristics of high precision and high efficiency, it is a very large system. In the grass-roots radar unit, the fault rate of a certain type of radar is relatively high. However, due to various practical conditions, the timeliness and effectiveness of the fault maintenance of the radar cannot be satisfied. If the fault can not be eliminated in time and accurately, it will directly affect the daily combat readiness of radar. Therefore, it is urgent to study and design a fault diagnosis expert system for this type of radar. This paper starts from the fault diagnosis expert system, introduces its research status and achievements, discusses the structure, working principle and fault analysis of the radar system, aiming at the practical needs of fault diagnosis of this type of radar, and combining with my practical working experience, discusses the structure, working principle and fault analysis of the radar system. The design idea and development method of the radar fault diagnosis expert system are presented. The general idea of this design is as follows: according to the different functional modules of the system, different software is used for independent development. Finally, the whole system is formed by embedding the functional modules into software. According to the system function requirements, the expert system is divided into human-computer interface function module, expert system reasoning and diagnosis function module, system database module and system control module. According to the fault tree analysis method, CLIPS6.3 is used to complete the programming of the two core (knowledge base and inference machine) of the expert system. The developed program is saved independently as .clp format file for system call. Microsoft Office Access2000 is used as the database of system knowledge base fault facts (expert knowledge, fault symptom) and inference machine rules. The friendly man-machine interface, including main interface, login interface, registration user interface and reasoning diagnosis interface, is developed with Microsoft Visual C 6.0.In addition, the main program of the system is also developed by it. After completing the design and implementation of each functional module, the embedded application among these three kinds of software is studied emphatically. There are embedded connection application between CLIPS6.3 and Microsoft Visual C 6.0 and embedded connection application between Microsoft Office Access2000 and Microsoft Visual C 6.0. At the end of this paper, taking the intermediate event "antenna feed system fault" as an example, the experimental simulation of the expert system in this paper is carried out. The simulation results show that the system can realize the function of fault diagnosis, the developed man-machine interface is friendly, and the operation of the system is convenient and simple. This paper studies and innovates the introduction of fault diagnosis expert system into military radar equipment, which is of practical significance to solve the problem of fault diagnosis of basic-level radar units.
