【摘要】：隨著寬帶雷達系統(tǒng)的使用越來越廣泛,在保持和完善功能的前提下,寬帶雷達系統(tǒng)在體積、重量、功耗和成本等方面的要求越來越高,其總體趨勢是向著高性能、小型化發(fā)展。因此,天線作為寬帶雷達系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件,其小型化、輕量化、共形化技術(shù)也日益受到關(guān)注。因此研究寬帶、高效的天線對寬帶雷達系統(tǒng)有著非常重要的意義。本文主要研究一種具有介質(zhì)諧振器結(jié)構(gòu)的新型背腔縫隙陣列天線。該天線具有帶寬寬,效率高的特點,可以為下一代寬帶雷達系統(tǒng)研制提供有力的技術(shù)支撐。首先,本文分別對背腔縫隙天線、介質(zhì)諧振器的研究背景和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作了詳細(xì)的總結(jié),并給出了本文的章節(jié)安排。其次,本文對FDTD算法的基本原理進行了簡要的介紹,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了針對本文所研究天線的FDTD仿真方法,并通過算例計算,驗證了所設(shè)計算法的有效性。再次,本文免疫遺傳優(yōu)化算法作了簡要的介紹,對多層介質(zhì)覆蓋的背腔縫隙天線單元的輻射機理進行了進行了研究,并對天線的主要參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律作了簡要論述。通過優(yōu)化算法得到天線模型參數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上加工制作了天線單元實物,實測數(shù)據(jù)與仿真數(shù)據(jù)吻合。再次,本文對所設(shè)計的天線陣列的整體結(jié)構(gòu)及饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行了詳細(xì)的介紹及分析,并給出了仿真結(jié)果及實物驗證。最后,給出了天線的幾種擴展形式的研究,為下一步的工作進行了鋪墊。
[Abstract]:With the wide use of broadband radar system, the requirements of broadband radar system in volume, weight, power consumption and cost are getting higher and higher on the premise of maintaining and perfecting its function. The general trend of broadband radar system is towards high performance and miniaturization. Therefore, antenna as the key component of wideband radar system, its miniaturization, lightweight, conformal technology has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, it is very important to study broadband and efficient antenna for broadband radar system. In this paper, a novel backcavity slot array antenna with dielectric resonator structure is studied. The antenna has the characteristics of wide bandwidth and high efficiency, which can provide a powerful technical support for the development of the next generation broadband radar system. Firstly, the research background and development status of backcavity slot antenna and dielectric resonator are summarized in detail, and the chapter arrangement of this paper is given. Secondly, the basic principle of FDTD algorithm is briefly introduced in this paper. On this basis, the FDTD simulation method for the antenna studied in this paper is designed, and the validity of the proposed algorithm is verified by an example. Thirdly, the immune genetic optimization algorithm is briefly introduced in this paper, and the radiation mechanism of multi-layer dielectric covered backcavity slot antenna element is studied, and the influence rule of the main parameters of the antenna is briefly discussed. The parameters of the antenna model are obtained by optimizing the algorithm, and the antenna element is fabricated on the basis of the optimization algorithm. The measured data are in agreement with the simulation data. Thirdly, the whole structure of the antenna array and the feed network are introduced and analyzed in detail, and the simulation results and physical verification are given. At last, several extended forms of antenna are studied, which will pave the way for further work.
