【摘要】：關(guān)乎生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和質(zhì)量安全的冷鏈物流受到全社會的極大重視。在總結(jié)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈監(jiān)控與追溯系統(tǒng)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,借助物聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下的各種現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),設計了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流監(jiān)控與追溯平臺方案,分析平臺主要功能和關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并提出關(guān)于該平臺建設和發(fā)展的一些建議,以期為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流在保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和滿足消費者追溯需求方面提供參考。
[Abstract]:Cold chain logistics, which is related to the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products, has been attached great importance to by the whole society. On the basis of summarizing the research status of cold chain monitoring and tracing system for agricultural products, this paper designs a monitoring and tracing platform scheme for cold chain logistics of agricultural products, analyzes the main functions and key technologies of the platform, and borrows various modern information technologies under the environment of Internet of things for agricultural products. Some suggestions on the construction and development of the platform are put forward in order to provide reference for the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in ensuring the quality of agricultural products and meeting the tracing needs of consumers.
