單周期EBG結(jié)構(gòu)在Ka頻段陣列天線中降耦合效應(yīng)的研究

【摘要】:電磁帶隙(Electromagnetic bandgap,EBG)結(jié)構(gòu)是周期性結(jié)構(gòu),具有禁帶的特性,可以用在陣列天線中降低天線單間的互耦。但是,現(xiàn)有的研究大都是采用若干個周期EBG的結(jié)構(gòu),占據(jù)較大的面積,導(dǎo)致天線間的距離較大,不利于陣列的緊湊要求。本文研究采用單個周期甚至是單個EBG結(jié)構(gòu)對微帶天線陣列單元間互耦等特性的影響。研究表明使用單個EBG結(jié)構(gòu)或單周期的EBG陣列也能增大天線陣列單元隔離度,并分別可提高隔離度約3d B和7d B。但是,研究也表明,由于天線與EBG結(jié)構(gòu)之間耦合作用的影響,采用單周期或單個EBG來提高隔離度時,S21對EBG貼片的尺寸及天線單元間的距離都較為敏感。
[Abstract]:The electromagnetic band gap (Electromagnetic bandgap,EBG) structure is a periodic structure and has the characteristics of band gap. It can be used to reduce the mutual coupling between antennas in the array antenna. However, most of the existing studies are based on several periodic EBG structures, which occupy a large area, resulting in a larger distance between antennas, which is not conducive to the compact requirements of the array. In this paper, the effects of a single period or even a single EBG structure on the mutual coupling between microstrip antenna array elements are studied. The results show that the isolation of antenna array elements can also be increased by using a single EBG structure or a single period EBG array, and the isolation degree can be increased by about 3D B and 7 d B. However, due to the coupling between the antenna and the EBG structure, S21 is more sensitive to the size of the EBG patch and the distance between the antenna elements when using a single period or a single EBG to improve isolation.
