消防視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著全國(guó)信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展和消防信息化的深入,建設(shè)消防管理部門(mén)的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),并使得系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行可靠穩(wěn)定,保障視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的一體化,消防安全的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),其服務(wù)的用戶數(shù)量和系統(tǒng)本身種類逐漸增加。本文在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析與研究了視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控與軟件客戶端。首先,分析了視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展情況與視頻存儲(chǔ)特點(diǎn),隨后分析了數(shù)字視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的概念、關(guān)鍵的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)與系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃需要解決問(wèn)題;重點(diǎn)分析了視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的視頻、圖像存儲(chǔ)技術(shù),介紹了視頻存儲(chǔ)的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、管理周期、解決方案與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,并介紹了圖像處理軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)與環(huán)境。其次,分析了系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo),隨后進(jìn)行視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),包括了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等,重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了報(bào)警傳輸裝置、監(jiān)控管理中心系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)控中心接警工作站、監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理與服務(wù)功能、以及一些輔助的系統(tǒng)功能,并研究設(shè)計(jì)了視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)方案,總體設(shè)計(jì)了基于消防安全與管理功能的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。最后,研究了系統(tǒng)視頻監(jiān)控模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),分別設(shè)計(jì)了:視頻監(jiān)控硬件、通訊服務(wù)、監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)與監(jiān)控客戶端的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容;隨后,設(shè)計(jì)了視頻存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)模塊,就系統(tǒng)的視頻存儲(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)、基本數(shù)據(jù)處理、集中式存儲(chǔ)與分布式存儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì);最后,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了視頻圖像的處理功能,包括了圖像的讀取、反差調(diào)整、灰度化、邊緣求取、二值化、運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡繪制等功能,就圖像處理的客戶端進(jìn)行采集圖像的分析與處理進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)?傊,消防安全的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的啟用,不僅僅提高了消防管理部門(mén)的服務(wù)水平與執(zhí)法監(jiān)督能力,也逐漸地推動(dòng)了消防安全管理工作的信息化進(jìn)程,對(duì)建設(shè)平安和諧的城市和社會(huì),具有著較好的促進(jìn)作用。本文對(duì)于消防安全的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究,對(duì)提高城市消防安全建設(shè)的信息化具有一定的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national informatization construction and the in-depth of the fire-fighting information, the monitoring system of the fire-fighting management department is built, the system is operated reliably and stably, the integrated and fire-fighting safety video monitoring system of the video monitoring system is guaranteed, the number of users and the type of the system itself gradually increases. On this basis, this paper analyzes and studies the monitoring and software client of the video monitoring system. Firstly, the development of the video monitoring system and the characteristics of the video storage are analyzed, the concept of the digital video monitoring system is analyzed, the key development technology and the system planning need to be solved, the video and the image storage technology of the video monitoring system are analyzed, The technical characteristics, management period, solution and implementation process of video storage are introduced, and the development technology and environment of image processing software are introduced. Secondly, the construction goal of the system is analyzed, and then the overall design of the video monitoring system is carried out, including the design goal, the overall structure design, the function design, the network structure design, etc. The key technology of the system is emphatically designed, the alarm transmission device and the monitoring management center system are designed. The monitoring center takes the call-taking workstation, monitors the network management and service functions, and some auxiliary system functions, and studies the data storage scheme of the video monitoring system, and the overall design of the video monitoring system based on the fire safety and management function. Finally, the design and implementation of the system video monitoring module are studied. The design contents of the video monitoring hardware, the communication service, the monitoring network and the monitoring client are respectively designed. Then, the video storage system module is designed to realize the video storage of the system and the basic data processing. the invention designs the centralized storage and the distributed storage, and finally, the processing function of the video image is designed in detail, and the analysis and processing of the acquired images by the client side of the image processing are realized. In general, the activation of the fire safety video monitoring system not only improves the service level and the law enforcement supervision capacity of the fire management department, but also gradually promotes the information process of the fire safety management, and has a better promotion effect on the city and the society in which the building is harmonious. In this paper, the design and research of the video monitoring system for fire safety is of great value to the improvement of the information of fire safety construction in the city.
