【摘要】：交通行業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中有著重要的地位,而出租車行業(yè)作為交通行業(yè)一重要成員,同樣承擔(dān)著重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)及民生任務(wù)。然而,目前出租車市場中存在的非法營運(yùn)情況,假出租車非法運(yùn)營的情況屢見不鮮,出租車的運(yùn)營管理上凸現(xiàn)了許多新的問題,單一的通過車牌來認(rèn)證出租車真?zhèn)蔚姆绞揭呀?jīng)難以達(dá)到有效管理的目的。為此,我們需要探索出更為有效、快捷的出租車防偽方法。本文總結(jié)和分析現(xiàn)有的出租車防偽技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析目前出租車防偽的現(xiàn)狀和需求,探索研究WSN技術(shù)和視頻識別技術(shù)在出租車防偽領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,提出更為有效、快捷的出租車防偽方法。利用目前較為成熟的RFID技術(shù)對出租車身份進(jìn)行唯一性標(biāo)識,視頻識別對出租車顏色及車牌進(jìn)行識別,通過Zigbee短程通訊技術(shù)構(gòu)建無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)對讀取的出租車信息進(jìn)行實(shí)時傳輸,根據(jù)對出租車身份信息及視頻獲取的車牌、顏色進(jìn)行實(shí)時比對,從而辨別出租車真?zhèn)��；赪SN和視頻識別技術(shù)的出租車防偽稽查系統(tǒng)(下文簡稱“出租車防偽系統(tǒng)”),有助于形成較為完整和規(guī)范的出租車營運(yùn)市場監(jiān)管體系,加強(qiáng)打擊出租車非法營運(yùn)的力度,大幅提高出租車營運(yùn)市場的規(guī)范化水平。
[Abstract]:The transportation industry plays an important role in the development of national economy, while the taxi industry, as an important member of the transportation industry, also undertakes the important tasks of economy and people's livelihood. However, the illegal operation in the taxi market at present, the illegal operation of fake taxis is not uncommon, and many new problems have emerged in the operation and management of taxis. A single license plate to verify the authenticity of taxis has been difficult to achieve the purpose of effective management. Therefore, we need to explore a more effective, fast taxi anti-counterfeiting method. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing taxi anti-counterfeiting technology, this paper analyzes the current situation and demand of taxi anti-counterfeiting, explores the application of WSN technology and video recognition technology in the field of taxi anti-counterfeiting, and puts forward a more effective method. Fast taxi anti-counterfeiting method. Using the mature RFID technology to identify the identity of the taxi, video recognition of the taxi color and license plate recognition, Zigbee short-range communication technology to build a wireless sensor network, The real time transmission of the taxi information is realized. According to the license plate obtained by the taxi identity information and the video, the color can be compared in real time, so as to identify the authenticity of the taxi. The taxi anti-counterfeiting inspection system based on WSN and video recognition technology (hereinafter referred to as "taxi anti-counterfeiting system") will help to form a more complete and standardized taxi operation market supervision system and strengthen the efforts to crack down on taxi illegal operation.
