雷達圖表示與相似度計算相結(jié)合的麻黃品種鑒別方法

【摘要】:將指紋圖譜技術(shù)用于中藥麻黃的鑒別,提出了指紋圖譜雷達圖表示與相似度計算相結(jié)合的麻黃品種鑒別分析方法。該方法首先對麻黃樣品的HPLC指紋圖譜的峰面積分別進行相似度計算和雷達圖表示,然后對雷達圖進行重心圖特征提取,最終得到用于分類比較的雷達圖特征,最后結(jié)合雷達圖特征與相似度特征對麻黃品種進行鑒別。實驗結(jié)果顯示該方法鑒別準(zhǔn)確率明顯高于只采用相似度模式特征的鑒別,且綜合特征的最高分類準(zhǔn)確率達98.25%,表明雷達圖表示與相似度特征相結(jié)合的方法是一種可行的麻黃品種鑒別方法。
[Abstract]:The fingerprint technique was applied to the identification of ephedra, and a method for identification and analysis of Ephedra ephedra was put forward in this paper, which was based on the combination of fingerprint radar image representation and similarity calculation. In this method, the peak area of HPLC fingerprint of ephedra samples is calculated by similarity calculation and radar image representation, then the barycenter feature of radar image is extracted, and finally the radar image features used for classification and comparison are obtained. Finally, combined with radar image features and similarity features to identify the varieties of ephedra. The experimental results show that the accuracy of this method is significantly higher than that of only using similarity pattern features, and the highest classification accuracy of the comprehensive features is 98.2525. It shows that the combination of radar map representation and similarity feature is a feasible method for identification of Ephedra equisetifolia.
