【摘要】：在VTS系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用中需要對錨區(qū)內(nèi)停泊的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行監(jiān)管。在港口或碼頭的水域內(nèi),錨區(qū)通常位于監(jiān)管區(qū)域的遠(yuǎn)端,雷達(dá)方位上的隨機(jī)誤差在傳遞到直角坐標(biāo)時(shí)會(huì)使目標(biāo)點(diǎn)跡在雷達(dá)站的切向方位上呈現(xiàn)搖擺的特點(diǎn),并且錨區(qū)內(nèi)的目標(biāo)通常比較密集,所以VTS系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的導(dǎo)航雷達(dá)在跟蹤遠(yuǎn)區(qū)內(nèi)的靜態(tài)目標(biāo)時(shí)會(huì)面臨較大的困難。本文利用點(diǎn)跡雜波圖生成雷達(dá)監(jiān)管區(qū)域內(nèi)的靜態(tài)目標(biāo)態(tài)勢,然后將靜態(tài)目標(biāo)態(tài)勢和目標(biāo)航跡分布進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián),并利用靜態(tài)目標(biāo)態(tài)勢的位置信息對目標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行修正,以提高對遠(yuǎn)距離靜態(tài)目標(biāo)的跟蹤精度。
[Abstract]:In the application of VTS system, it is necessary to supervise the berthing target in anchor area. In the waters of a port or wharf, the anchor zone is usually located at the far end of the regulatory area. The random error in the radar azimuth will make the target point swing in the tangential direction of the radar station when it is transmitted to the rectangular coordinates. And the target in the anchor area is usually dense, so the navigation radar in the VTS system will face great difficulties in tracking the static target in the far area. In this paper, the point trace clutter is used to generate the static target situation in the radar supervision area, then the static target situation and the target track distribution are correlated, and the target correlation data are corrected by using the position information of the static target situation. In order to improve the tracking accuracy of long distance static targets.
