基于以太網(wǎng)的港口門機視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設計

【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟的全球化,物流業(yè)也在不斷的發(fā)展,港口機械也朝著強載化、大型化、高速化、連續(xù)化和自動化方向發(fā)展。雖然港口機械的發(fā)展降低了生產(chǎn)成本,提高了工作效率,在一定程度上滿足了用戶的需求,但是與此同時越來越復雜的機械設備發(fā)生故障的頻率也越來越高,造成的經(jīng)濟損失以及人員傷亡也越來越嚴重。為了防患于未然,提高港口的現(xiàn)代化管理水平,因此本文設計了基于以太網(wǎng)的港口門機視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。對于項目的實際應用,該視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)起鋪墊作用。 論文是基于張家港安遠集團的實際項目為背景,在參觀了現(xiàn)場場景,閱讀了大量相關資料的基礎上,構建了該系統(tǒng)。論文的主要內(nèi)容如下:首先簡單介紹研究該課題的背景及意義,說明港口視頻遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的重要性,并對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀和研究成果進行分析,說明本系統(tǒng)的設計原則。然后研究本系統(tǒng)使用的關鍵技術,視頻處理所用的MPEG-4壓縮算法,視頻傳輸所遵守的HTTP/TCP協(xié)議和RTP/UDP協(xié)議以及視頻流數(shù)據(jù)格式,比較現(xiàn)存視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設計方案,選擇適合該項目的方案,并簡單介紹系統(tǒng)的整體設計結構及組成,然后分別介紹各部分的組成硬件及工作原理。其次,介紹該系統(tǒng)硬件設備的選擇,說明硬件之間的連接方式。論文重點講述軟件部分,應用C#語言,基于.NET體系和B/S軟件結構,開發(fā)設計港口門機視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的界面,說明軟件工作流程,組成模塊,以及功能模塊實現(xiàn)的關鍵技術。最后經(jīng)過測試,初步證明本系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定。 本文總結了研究成果,指出存在的不足,并對下一步的研究工作提出了一些觀點,對港口視頻遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的建設有一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the globalization of economy, the logistics industry is developing constantly, and port machinery is developing towards the direction of strong load, large scale, high speed, continuous and automation. Although the development of port machinery reduces the production cost, improves the working efficiency and meets the needs of the users to a certain extent, at the same time, the frequency of more and more complex mechanical equipment malfunctions is also increasing. The economic losses and casualties are becoming more and more serious. In order to prevent trouble and improve the modern management level of the port, this paper designs a video surveillance system of port door crane based on Ethernet. For the practical application of the project, the video surveillance system plays a role in paving the way. Based on the actual project of Zhangjiagang Anyuan Group, the system is constructed on the basis of visiting scene and reading a lot of related materials. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research are briefly introduced, the importance of the port video remote surveillance system is explained, and the present situation and research results at home and abroad are analyzed, and the design principles of the system are explained. Then the key technologies used in this system, the MPEG-4 compression algorithm used in video processing, the HTTP/TCP protocol and RTP/UDP protocol followed by video transmission, and the video stream data format are studied, and the design schemes of the existing video surveillance system are compared. The scheme suitable for the project is selected and the whole design structure and composition of the system are introduced briefly. Then the hardware and working principle of each part are introduced respectively. Secondly, the selection of hardware equipment in the system is introduced, and the connection between hardware is explained. This paper focuses on the software part, using C # language, based on .NET system and B / S software structure, to develop and design the interface of the port door crane video surveillance system, explain the software workflow, and make up the module. And the key technology of function module realization. Finally, after testing, the system is proved to be stable. This paper summarizes the research results, points out the shortcomings, and puts forward some views on the next research work, which is helpful to the construction of the port video remote monitoring system.
