【摘要】：平板顯示器因尺寸、清晰、外形輕薄等優(yōu)勢,使其逐步成為電視等視頻顯示設(shè)備的顯示終端。出于我國對平板顯示器數(shù)字視頻后處理芯片的開發(fā)需求,本次研究對基于SDRAM控制器的DTV100視頻后處理芯片的設(shè)計方案、相關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo)以及軟件實現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行分析,該設(shè)計方案以經(jīng)濟(jì)性、功能性等為原則根據(jù)規(guī)范制定芯片設(shè)計流程,以0.25um CMOS工藝技術(shù)實現(xiàn)視頻處理集成電路。和同類芯片相比,此種芯片在性能、投入等方面更為優(yōu)良,能夠滿足預(yù)期設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Because of its advantages of size, clarity and lightness, flat panel display has gradually become the display terminal of video display equipment such as TV. In order to meet the demand of developing digital video post-processing chip of flat panel display in China, the design scheme, related technical index and software realization method of DTV100 video post-processing chip based on SDRAM controller are analyzed in this paper. Based on the principles of economy and function, the design process of the chip is established according to the specification, and the video processing integrated circuit is realized by 0.25um CMOS technology. Compared with the similar chips, the chip is superior in performance and investment, and can meet the expected design standards.
