QDPJ集團(tuán)視頻信息交互系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:In the era of high-speed development of information age, computer network technology is widely used in the field of human's life and work, and the emergence of network interconnection technology marks the coming of the era of network information interconnection. With the development of multimedia technology, the multimedia technology, such as web browsing, multimedia conference, distance learning and on-line interaction of e-commerce, has become the leading role of network communication. The video conference technology is widely used in the information communication of the various industries of the society by means of the advantages of large amount of information, convenience and real-time communication. Its unique advantages improve people's working efficiency and bring immeasurable social and economic benefits to the world. In order to meet the requirements of the market of QDPJ Co., Ltd. and the development of the enterprise itself, a video information interaction system is introduced. The system saves time, reduces cost, fast positioning and real-time communication, meets the requirement of enterprise development, and fundamentally solves the problem of the location and communication of the enterprise in different places. Before the introduction of the video conference system, the Qingdao Beer Co., Ltd. first carried out market research, analyzed the demand of the market and technology in advance of the video system, and wrote the feasibility analysis report, and the global planning of the project of the QDPJ video conference system was made through the analysis. After the completion of the planning, the second investigation is carried out according to the feasibility analysis report according to the feasibility analysis report, and then the design and implementation of the video information interaction system is made. By analyzing the project design and construction scheme, the project's construction involves the theory of quality management, progress management, resource management and information management in the project management theory. Before the implementation of the project of this video interactive system, the Group's branches and the Qingdao headquarters are required to have the SDH 2M interconnection line, and each branch of the group shall be equipped with the video conference terminal; the communication of the internal personnel shall be carried out by means of the LAN. The system performs the LYNC fusion test for the existing network environment, the conference environment and the LYNC communication client, and utilizes the complete, standard-based, interoperable and end-to-end solutions provided by Microsoft and Polycom to realize the coverage of voice, video, on-line status, a multi-function interactive system, such as conference and collaboration. in which, the technology of instant message, voice, WEB conference and desktop sharing is combined with the video technology of the Polycom meeting room, so that the user, whether by means of a software client of a notebook, uses a desktop-based desktop-based application to the Lync desktop terminal, and provides a desktop-type video terminal in cooperation with the data, The conference room terminal of the large conference room has the corresponding product support, which realizes the high-quality video communication, whether in an emergency meeting in the field or on the office application of the desk phone. This paper, based on the theory of project management theory, has completed the research on the implementation progress control of the project of the video information interactive system of QDPJ Co., Ltd. through the application of the principle, process and scientific method of project schedule and control in practice. In this paper, through the analysis of the project's general situation, the implementation of the detailed analysis and description of the detailed bamboo, the progress plan, the details of the control and the schedule of the progress, the paper, with the aid of the network diagram, has developed a reasonable project plan and scientific setting project-related organization. Establish and improve the functions of relevant departments as well as the arrangement of scientific implementation project schedule control. This paper puts forward a reasonable solution to the specific problems encountered in the project schedule management of the QDPJ video conference system, and puts forward the solution by analyzing the problems of coordination and organization and management in the project schedule control. and finally, the progress control assessment analysis evaluation table of the project construction of the information interaction system is obtained, and then the comprehensive evaluation and the prediction analysis of the whole project progress control are realized, and the reasonable and correct conclusion is finally obtained.
