基于單片機(jī)的室內(nèi)無(wú)線環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:我們知道溫濕度和有害氣體濃度是標(biāo)定環(huán)境不可或缺的參數(shù),對(duì)其準(zhǔn)確的測(cè)量具有重要意義。本系統(tǒng)是針對(duì)人們的長(zhǎng)期居住場(chǎng)所或者工作場(chǎng)所的室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量而設(shè)計(jì)的。 本文以室內(nèi)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)為背景,設(shè)計(jì)出以STC12C5A60S2低功耗單片機(jī)為主芯片的無(wú)線環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)包括三個(gè)模塊:第一是數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊,其主要包括兩個(gè)內(nèi)容,溫濕度采集和甲醛濃度采集。溫濕度的測(cè)量采用數(shù)字式溫濕度傳感器DHT21,單總線輸出40位數(shù)字量給單片機(jī),經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)處理,通過(guò)SPI接口傳輸給無(wú)線發(fā)送模塊后將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送出去。甲醛濃度測(cè)量采用MS1100傳感器,MS1100采集模擬信號(hào)輸出送入STC12C5A60S2,單片機(jī)進(jìn)行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,經(jīng)數(shù)據(jù)處理后得到數(shù)字量測(cè)量值。 第二是無(wú)線傳輸模塊,傳輸模塊有兩個(gè)內(nèi)容:數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊的傳輸數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)接收模塊的接收數(shù)據(jù)。兩個(gè)模塊都是采用NordicVLSI公司推出的單片機(jī)射頻收發(fā)器nRF905作為主控芯片。nRF905具有接收發(fā)功能合一的特性,經(jīng)軟件編程,根據(jù)需要可實(shí)現(xiàn)其接收發(fā)的功能。 第三是數(shù)據(jù)處理顯示模塊,其主要內(nèi)容是接收模塊經(jīng)nRF905將數(shù)據(jù)接收,并傳給接收模塊處理器,STC12C5A60S2處理數(shù)據(jù)后送顯示。顯示模塊是由1602LCD液晶來(lái)完成,實(shí)時(shí)顯示出溫濕度和甲醛濃度的值。同時(shí)本模塊還加入了報(bào)警模塊,當(dāng)溫濕度值和甲醛濃度值超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值時(shí),蜂鳴器報(bào)警以提醒人們采取必要的措施,避免空氣污染對(duì)人體產(chǎn)生危害。 本系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)采用C語(yǔ)言編寫,完成室內(nèi)溫濕度和甲醛濃度的測(cè)量,并實(shí)時(shí)顯示出來(lái)。系統(tǒng)性能指標(biāo):溫度測(cè)量范圍-40~80℃,精度為±0.5℃;濕度測(cè)量范圍0~100%RH,精度為±3%RH;分辨率為0.1;本系統(tǒng)體積小、低功耗,可進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)距離數(shù)據(jù)無(wú)線通信,工程造價(jià)成本低,可靠性高。很適合室內(nèi)環(huán)境參數(shù)的監(jiān)測(cè),,有很好的市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:We know that temperature, humidity and concentration of harmful gas are indispensable parameters for calibration of environment. This system is designed for the indoor air quality of people's long-term living place or working place. Based on indoor environment monitoring, a wireless environment monitoring system based on STC12C5A60S2 chip microcomputer is designed. The system consists of three modules: the first is the data acquisition module, which mainly includes two contents, temperature and humidity collection and formaldehyde concentration collection. The temperature and humidity measurement adopts the digital temperature and humidity sensor DHT21, single bus to output 40 bits digital quantity to the single chip microcomputer, after the data processing, transmits the data to the wireless transmission module through the SPI interface then sends out the data. The formaldehyde concentration is measured by MS1100 sensor, and the output of MS1100 analog signal is sent to STC12C5A60S2, microcontroller for analog-to-digital conversion. After data processing, the digital measurement value is obtained. The second is wireless transmission module, which has two contents: data acquisition module and data receiving module. The two modules adopt the RF transceiver nRF905 of NordicVLSI company as the main control chip. The nRF905 has the characteristic of receiving and transmitting function in one, and can realize the function of receiving and sending according to the need of software programming. The third is the data processing and display module, whose main content is that the receiving module receives the data through nRF905 and passes it to the receiving module processor, and the STC12C5A60S2 processes the data to send the display. The display module is completed by 1602LCD liquid crystal, showing the value of temperature, humidity and formaldehyde concentration in real time. At the same time, the alarm module is added in this module. When the temperature and humidity value and formaldehyde concentration value exceed the standard value, the buzzer alarm is used to remind people to take necessary measures to avoid the harm of air pollution to human body. The software design of this system is written in C language, the measurement of indoor temperature, humidity and formaldehyde concentration is completed and displayed in real time.
