一種UHF頻段RFID手持讀寫器天線的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:通過在輻射貼片和地板上開槽的方法設(shè)計(jì)了一款適用于UHF頻段RFID(radio frequency identification)手持機(jī)的小型圓極化天線,并利用有限元仿真軟件HFSS13.0對(duì)天線的特性進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:輻射貼片尺寸為68 mm×68 mm時(shí), 10 dB回波損耗阻抗帶寬達(dá)49 MHz,在895~945 MHz駐波比小于2,最大增益可達(dá) 0.61dB。與傳統(tǒng)閱讀器天線相比,在使用相同介質(zhì)且保證更高增益的前提下天線尺寸縮減了20%,最大增益調(diào)高了0.39dB。
[Abstract]:A small circularly polarized antenna suitable for UHF band RFID (radio frequency identification) handsets is designed by means of slot on the radiation patch and floor. The characteristics of the antenna are simulated by the finite element simulation software HFSS13.0. The results show that when the size of radiation patch is 68 mm 脳 68 mm, the impedance bandwidth of 10 dB echo is 49 MHz, and the VSWR of 895 dB 945 MHz is less than 2, and the maximum gain can reach 0.61 dB. Compared with the traditional reader antenna, the antenna size is reduced by 20 and the maximum gain is increased by 0.39 dB under the condition of using the same medium and ensuring higher gain.
