電力通信工程項(xiàng)目管理組織優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in the power communication project management of Inner Mongolia Power Grid, which seriously affect and restrict the management of the project. According to the characteristics of electric power communication engineering, this paper analyzes and studies the project management organization structure, adopts advanced and appropriate project management methods, and bases on the engineering project management theory. The scientific project organization structure is used to optimize the organization structure and the effective project organization and management is implemented so as to effectively control and optimize the organization and management of electric power communication engineering. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the related research on project organization and management at home and abroad and the characteristics of power communication engineering, this paper puts forward the necessity of organization and management analysis of power communication project in Inner Mongolia Power Grid. Through the detailed analysis of the characteristics and forms of the project management organization structure, combined with the analysis of the present situation and problems of the power communication project management organization structure in Ordos Electric Power Bureau, the paper analyzes the demand of the electric power communication project management organization. And from the internal and external aspects of the optimization of the organizational structure. Finally, the optimization strategy of power communication project management organization structure is put forward, and its effectiveness is analyzed. In this paper, the project management of power communication project of Inner Mongolia power network is studied in detail through the analysis of examples and the theoretical research, and the optimization method of power communication project management organization structure is established, and the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward. It has certain guiding significance to the organization and management of power communication project in Inner Mongolia Power Grid.
