移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)中頻譜效率和能量效率的折中優(yōu)化

【摘要】:在移動(dòng)通信飛速發(fā)展的今天,用戶數(shù)量急劇增長(zhǎng)及人們對(duì)高質(zhì)量視頻、圖片越來越高的需求,導(dǎo)致了頻率資源日益緊張。同時(shí),網(wǎng)絡(luò)速度的不斷提升也帶來了越來越大的能源消耗,造成環(huán)境污染的同時(shí)也增加了電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的成本支出。在這樣的背景下,綠色通信被提出來作為一種解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)能源消耗的有效措施,這要求我們除了需要關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡(luò)的頻譜效率之外,還應(yīng)兼顧網(wǎng)絡(luò)的能量效率。針對(duì)如何有效地利用有限的頻譜資源并降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)能源消耗這一問題,本文從高能效的動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)淇刂萍靶^(qū)內(nèi)的資源優(yōu)化配置兩方面開展了相應(yīng)的研究。在高能效的動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)淇刂频难芯恐?本文主要集中在尋找HetNet中高能效的基站協(xié)作方法,使得邊緣用戶以較小的能量消耗獲得較大的傳輸性能。本文首先分析了HetNet中上行CoMP對(duì)小區(qū)邊緣用戶傳輸性能的影響,設(shè)計(jì)了基于上行CoMP的動(dòng)態(tài)多小區(qū)選擇算法,證明了在HetNet中采用CoMP機(jī)制能有效地提高小區(qū)邊緣用戶的上行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸性能。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步提出了基于二次判決的CoMP協(xié)作小區(qū)選擇算法,該算法通過二次判決將部分基站從CoMP協(xié)作小區(qū)集里面排除,減少參與協(xié)作的基站數(shù)。該算法能夠以較小的小區(qū)邊緣用戶的傳輸性能犧牲,獲得較大的基站端能耗節(jié)約。對(duì)于小區(qū)內(nèi)的資源優(yōu)化配置研究,本文考慮到移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,系統(tǒng)的能量效率和頻譜效率常常是處于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系的兩個(gè)性能指標(biāo),二者往往無法同時(shí)達(dá)到最優(yōu),僅僅以能量效率作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),往往系統(tǒng)的頻譜效率無法得到保證,反之,以頻譜效率為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)往往要以犧牲能量效率為代價(jià)。因此,可以考慮將系統(tǒng)的頻譜效率和能量效率作為虛擬的博弈參與者,采用博弈論的方法來分析二者的折中優(yōu)化問題。本文首先分析了系統(tǒng)的能量效率與頻譜效率采用議價(jià)博弈模型進(jìn)行虛擬博弈的可行性,提出了能量效率和頻譜效率折中優(yōu)化的系統(tǒng)配置方案,對(duì)優(yōu)化問題的求解進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和推導(dǎo),證明了優(yōu)化問題中博弈均衡點(diǎn)的存在性,設(shè)計(jì)了結(jié)合黃金搜索算法、序列二次規(guī)劃相結(jié)合的均衡點(diǎn)搜索方案。最后在單小區(qū)和多小區(qū)場(chǎng)景,對(duì)采用議價(jià)博弈模型進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)子信道和功率的優(yōu)化配置后的系統(tǒng)性能進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果顯示,議價(jià)博弈模型較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了能量效率和頻譜效率的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication, the number of users and the demand for high quality video and pictures are increasing rapidly, which leads to the increasing shortage of frequency resources. At the same time, the increasing speed of the network also brings more and more energy consumption, resulting in environmental pollution, but also increases the cost of telecom operators. Under this background, green communication is proposed as an effective measure to solve the energy consumption of network, which requires us to pay attention not only to the spectral efficiency of the network, but also to the energy efficiency of the network. Aiming at the problem of how to utilize the limited spectrum resources effectively and reduce the energy consumption of the network, this paper studies the dynamic network topology control with high energy efficiency and the optimal allocation of resources in the cell. In the research of efficient dynamic network topology control, this paper focuses on searching for efficient base station collaboration method in HetNet, so that edge users can achieve higher transmission performance with less energy consumption. This paper first analyzes the effect of uplink CoMP in HetNet on the transmission performance of cell edge users, and designs a dynamic multi-cell selection algorithm based on uplink CoMP. It is proved that the adoption of CoMP mechanism in HetNet can effectively improve the uplink data transmission performance of cell edge users. On this basis, a quadratic decision based CoMP cooperative cell selection algorithm is proposed, which excludes some base stations from the CoMP cooperative cell set by quadratic decision, and reduces the number of base stations participating in the collaboration. This algorithm can sacrifice the transmission performance of small cell edge users and achieve large energy saving at the base station. In this paper, we consider that in mobile communication networks, the energy efficiency and spectrum efficiency of the system are often two performance indicators in a competitive relationship, and they are often unable to achieve the optimal results at the same time. The spectral efficiency of the system can not be guaranteed only by taking the energy efficiency as the optimization target. Conversely, the energy efficiency is often sacrificed as the optimization target. Therefore, the spectral efficiency and energy efficiency of the system can be considered as virtual game participants, and the game theory method can be used to analyze the compromise optimization problem between them. This paper first analyzes the feasibility of virtual game between energy efficiency and spectrum efficiency of the system by bargaining game model, and puts forward an optimal system configuration scheme of energy efficiency and spectrum efficiency compromise. The solution of the optimization problem is analyzed and deduced in detail, and the existence of game equilibrium point in the optimization problem is proved. The equilibrium point search scheme combining gold search algorithm and sequential quadratic programming is designed. Finally, in the single-cell and multi-cell scenarios, the system performance after the optimal configuration of the system subchannel and power is analyzed by using the bargaining game model. The results show that the bargaining game model can achieve the joint optimization of energy efficiency and spectrum efficiency.
