精密伺服機構(gòu)傳動誤差數(shù)據(jù)的采集與分析

【摘要】:本文以動態(tài)測量方法為基礎(chǔ),以高精度的圓光柵為傳感器,采用同步采集的模式,構(gòu)建了一套高精度的齒輪傳動誤差動態(tài)測試系統(tǒng)。論文重點對信號處理方法進(jìn)行了研究,包括去噪處理、頻域分析和盲信號處理,并將這些方法應(yīng)用到了傳動誤差信號的處理當(dāng)中。接著給出了從傳動誤差曲線中計算出幾項齒輪誤差數(shù)據(jù)的方法。最后對伺服機構(gòu)進(jìn)行了傳動誤差的測試,同時對測試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析和計算。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.對傳動誤差的測試方法進(jìn)行了研究。以動態(tài)測量法作為基礎(chǔ)來進(jìn)行傳動誤差的測試,由于測試系統(tǒng)采用了高分辨率的數(shù)據(jù)采集卡,最終選用了計數(shù)測量法中的直接計數(shù)測量法。2.針對導(dǎo)引頭伺服機構(gòu)的特點,設(shè)計了傳動誤差測試系統(tǒng)的整體方案。在硬件部分當(dāng)中,主要對所選硬件的功能進(jìn)行了介紹,包括角度編碼器、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡、多軸運動控制卡、驅(qū)動器。在軟件部分當(dāng)中,以LabVIEW作為軟件開發(fā)工具,采用模塊化編程思想,分別實現(xiàn)了初始化設(shè)置、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)顯示與打印報表多項功能。3.對傳統(tǒng)濾波器去噪和小波去噪這兩種去噪方法進(jìn)行了研究,并將傳統(tǒng)濾波器去噪的方法應(yīng)用到了傳動誤差的分析中,分析結(jié)果說明:該方法能夠有效的濾除信號中的噪聲,具有良好的實際效果。濾波之后,對傳動誤差曲線進(jìn)行了頻域分析,通過頻譜圖觀察轉(zhuǎn)頻和齒頻信息的準(zhǔn)確性。4.為了得到單個齒輪的傳動誤差,對盲源分離理論進(jìn)行了深入的研究,并嘗試將該理論應(yīng)用到齒輪副傳動誤差曲線的分離中來。分離得到單個齒輪的傳動誤差后,再根據(jù)齒輪誤差分析理論,對處理后的傳動誤差曲線進(jìn)行分析和計算,得到齒輪的單項誤差數(shù)據(jù)。5.對整個系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行軟硬件聯(lián)調(diào),對采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理,得到實測結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Based on the dynamic measurement method and the high precision circular grating as the sensor, a set of dynamic measuring system of gear transmission error is constructed in this paper. This paper focuses on the research of signal processing, including denoising, frequency domain analysis and blind signal processing, and applies these methods to the processing of transmission error signals. Then the method of calculating some gear error data from the transmission error curve is given. Finally, the transmission error of the servo mechanism is tested, and the test data are analyzed and calculated. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The measuring method of transmission error is studied. Based on the dynamic measurement method, the transmission error is tested. Because the high resolution data acquisition card is used in the test system, the direct counting measurement method is used in the counting measurement method. 2. According to the characteristics of seeker servo mechanism, the whole scheme of transmission error testing system is designed. In the hardware part, the functions of the selected hardware are introduced, including angle encoder, data acquisition card, multi-axis motion control card and driver. In the software part, using LabVIEW as the software development tool and adopting the modular programming idea, the functions of initialization setting, data acquisition, data storage, data analysis, data display and report printing are realized respectively. 3. The traditional filter denoising method and wavelet de-noising method are studied, and the traditional filter denoising method is applied to the analysis of transmission error. The analysis results show that this method can effectively filter the noise in the signal. It has good practical effect. After filtering, the transmission error curve is analyzed in frequency domain, and the accuracy of frequency conversion and tooth frequency information is observed by spectrum diagram. 4. In order to obtain the transmission error of a single gear, the blind source separation theory is deeply studied, and the theory is applied to the separation of the transmission error curve of the gear pair. After the transmission error of a single gear is separated, the transmission error curve is analyzed and calculated according to the theory of gear error analysis, and the single error data of the gear is obtained. The whole system is combined with software and hardware, and the collected data are analyzed and processed, and the measured results are obtained.
