基于現(xiàn)代生活方式的老年人手機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本文立足于社會的發(fā)展、人民生活水平的提高以及中國已步入老齡化社會這一宏觀社會背景。選取60-74歲行動能力較好的老年人作為研究人群,與多種生活方式息息相關(guān)的移動通訊工具——老年人手機(jī)作為研究對象。運(yùn)用社會學(xué)的生活方式研究理論,通過深度交談、問卷調(diào)查,文獻(xiàn)研究與分析的基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)建本課題的生活方式測量模式,根據(jù)總結(jié)出的7點(diǎn)生活方式考量內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)研問卷來進(jìn)行老年人橫向信息的收集,并輔助情景創(chuàng)建法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深層次的需求挖掘。最后對數(shù)據(jù)歸納匯總出當(dāng)代老年人生活方式類型主要分為:時(shí)尚獨(dú)立型老人、居家保守型老人、養(yǎng)老保健型老人,,并以其中的時(shí)尚獨(dú)立型老年人作為本研究內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐案例。 論文首先對研究背景進(jìn)行了簡要介紹,科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展導(dǎo)致老年人生活方式的改變,手機(jī)是最能提高老年人生活質(zhì)量的工具,老年人對老年人手機(jī)有了更多的功能需求和偏好?v觀老年人手機(jī)市場,功能、樣式太過于單一,尤其是沒有對龐大的老年人手機(jī)市場進(jìn)行一個(gè)市場劃分,按照老年人的生活方式進(jìn)行市場的細(xì)分更能滿足當(dāng)代老年人的生活和精神需求。 然后在認(rèn)知心理學(xué),生活方式相關(guān)理論上,結(jié)合研究內(nèi)容在擇取傳統(tǒng)測量模式的維度上,創(chuàng)新性的添加了“家庭環(huán)境中設(shè)備特性”的考量。通過構(gòu)建的生活方式測量模式調(diào)研問卷,對獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行橫向信息的收集,并把數(shù)據(jù)用創(chuàng)建用戶角色的方法來表現(xiàn)出來;縱向信息通過創(chuàng)建情景一天的方法進(jìn)行深層次需求的挖掘,對老年用戶在一天行為過程中的信息特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,歸納總結(jié)出不同類型的老年用戶在日常生活中對手機(jī)的功能、交互方式等有意識和無意識的訴求。根據(jù)豐富多彩的老年人生活方式提出老年人手機(jī)“一分為二”的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)想。 最后對老年人手機(jī)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)分析研究。從手機(jī)的功能、外觀造型、信息傳輸方式與硬界面、信息傳輸方式與軟界面四個(gè)方面,總結(jié)出老年人手機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn);提出老年人“積極健康”生活觀的理解,以及設(shè)計(jì)師對建立老年人“積極健康”生活觀念的責(zé)任。從當(dāng)代老年人生活方式的角度,探尋出老年人需求,并運(yùn)用到老年人手機(jī)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the development of society, the improvement of people's living standard and the macro social background that China has stepped into an aging society. The elderly aged 60-74 years old with good mobility are selected as the research subjects, and mobile communication tools, which are closely related to a variety of lifestyles, are chosen as the research object. On the basis of sociological life style research theory, through deep conversation, questionnaire survey, literature research and analysis, this paper establishes the life style measurement model of this subject, considering the content according to the summary of 7 points of life style. The questionnaire is designed to collect horizontal information of the elderly, and the method of scenario creation is used to mine the data deeply. Finally, the data summarized that the main types of life style of the elderly are: fashion independent elderly, conservative old people at home, old-age health care type of old people, And take the fashion independent type old people as the design practice case of this research content. Firstly, the research background is briefly introduced. The development of science and technology leads to the change of the life style of the elderly. Mobile phone is the most effective tool to improve the quality of life of the elderly. The elderly have more functional needs and preferences for the elderly mobile phones. Throughout the elderly mobile phone market, function, the style is too single, especially the huge elderly mobile phone market has not been a market division, According to the way of life of the elderly, market segmentation can better meet the life and spiritual needs of the contemporary elderly. Then in the cognitive psychology, the life style correlation theory, unifies the research content in the choice traditional measurement pattern dimension, has added the "home environment equipment characteristic" the consideration innovatively. Through the life style measurement model survey questionnaire, the obtained data is collected horizontally, and the data is represented by creating the user role. Vertical information is used to excavate the needs of the aged users through the method of creating a scene one day. The characteristics of the information in the course of a day's behavior of the elderly users are analyzed, and the functions of different types of elderly users in their daily life are summed up. Interactive ways and other conscious and unconscious demands. According to the rich and colorful old people's life style, the paper puts forward the design idea of the old people's mobile phone. Finally, the design of the elderly mobile phone system analysis and research. From four aspects of mobile phone function, appearance modeling, information transmission mode and hard interface, information transmission mode and soft interface, summed up the main points of mobile phone design for the elderly; This paper puts forward the understanding of the view of "positive health" of the elderly and the responsibility of designers to establish the concept of "positive health" of the elderly.
