基于Otsu與海域統(tǒng)計(jì)特性的SAR圖像海陸分割算法

【摘要】:合成孔徑雷達(dá)圖像海陸分割在海面目標(biāo)檢測(cè)、海岸線提取等海洋應(yīng)用方面具有重要的意義。針對(duì)合成孔徑雷達(dá)圖像的特點(diǎn),本文了提出粗閾值與精確閾值相結(jié)合的海陸分割算法,并提供了一套完整的海陸分割方案。首先利用改進(jìn)的Otsu法計(jì)算粗閾值,獲得大致海域范圍;然后根據(jù)海域統(tǒng)計(jì)特性近似高斯分布的特點(diǎn),在分析了高斯分布統(tǒng)計(jì)特性的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合粗閾值分割結(jié)果,提出了計(jì)算出精確的分割閾值的方法,進(jìn)而獲得準(zhǔn)確的海陸分割圖像;最后通過去除雜散點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步完善分割結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文提出的方法具有較高的處理精度和較快的處理速度。
[Abstract]:Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) image segmentation plays an important role in sea surface target detection, coastline extraction and other marine applications. According to the characteristics of synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images, a sea and land segmentation algorithm combining rough threshold and accurate threshold is proposed, and a complete sea and land segmentation scheme is provided. First, the rough threshold is calculated by using the improved Otsu method, and the approximate sea area is obtained. Then, according to the characteristics of the statistical characteristics of the sea area approximating Gao Si's distribution, on the basis of analyzing the statistical characteristics of Gao Si's distribution, combined with the result of rough threshold segmentation, a method to calculate the accurate segmentation threshold is put forward. Then the accurate land and sea segmentation images are obtained. Finally, the segmentation results are further improved by removing stray points. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher processing accuracy and faster processing speed.
