碘代物雜質(zhì)對TFT液晶性能的影響

【摘要】:為了研究碘代物雜質(zhì)對TFT液晶性能的影響,設計了不同劣化條件下TFT液晶的保存實驗,進行了碘代物摻雜的濃度梯度實驗,測試了混晶VHR隨碘代物濃度變化的趨勢。實驗結果表明:在UV照射和加電的劣化條件下,液晶中的碘代物雜質(zhì)會發(fā)生分解,明顯降低TFT液晶的VHR參數(shù)。液晶中碘代物雜質(zhì)含量越高,TFT液晶在劣化條件下的穩(wěn)定性就越差。在本實驗條件下,2×10-5濃度的碘代物,已經(jīng)對液晶可靠性產(chǎn)生明顯不良影響。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of iodine impurities on the properties of TFT liquid crystals, the preservation experiments of TFT liquid crystals under different degradation conditions were designed. The concentration gradient experiments of iodide doping were carried out, and the tendency of mixed crystal VHR with the concentration of iodide substitutes was tested. The experimental results show that under the condition of UV irradiation and electrification, the impurity of iodide in liquid crystal will decompose, and the VHR parameters of TFT liquid crystal will be reduced obviously. The higher the impurity content of iodine substitute in liquid crystal, the worse the stability of TFT liquid crystal under the condition of deterioration. Under the experimental conditions, 2 脳 10 ~ (-5) concentration of iodine substitute has a significant negative effect on the reliability of liquid crystal.
