基于語音識別技術(shù)的溫室自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:自動(dòng)化溫室作為設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)日新月異的發(fā)展以及移動(dòng)可持智能終端的全面普及,尋求一種更加方便快捷的智能控制方式具有很大的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。本文選擇現(xiàn)有的溫室大棚作為實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ),針對傳統(tǒng)溫室大棚產(chǎn)量不高,自動(dòng)化水平低等實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀,研究使用語音識別,數(shù)據(jù)采集,自動(dòng)化控制,通信技術(shù)等多種手段構(gòu)成溫室控制系統(tǒng)。在傳統(tǒng)的溫室內(nèi)安裝多類型的環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)采集端,通過這些終端對溫室進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集、運(yùn)算和處理,最終將溫室信息傳送至我們的智能終端,再使用智能終端對用戶的語音信息進(jìn)行采集,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)對溫室的實(shí)時(shí)操控。本文做了下面幾個(gè)方面的研究:1.設(shè)計(jì)并制作環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)檢測終端硬件,其中使用C語言編寫溫室狀態(tài)顯示、數(shù)據(jù)采集、,數(shù)據(jù)通信等方面驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,通過DHT11溫濕度傳感器,采集溫室的溫濕度數(shù)據(jù),并將采集到的這些數(shù)據(jù)通過無線模塊GTM900C以短信的方式發(fā)送到智能手機(jī)終端。2.運(yùn)用Java語言編寫語音識別軟件,嵌入科大訊飛的語音引擎,將采集到的語音信號轉(zhuǎn)換為對應(yīng)的文本信息,并將這些文本信息進(jìn)行匹配,匹配成功以后,將控制命令以短信的方式發(fā)送到溫室下位機(jī)控制中心。3.下位機(jī)控制中心獲取到上位機(jī)控制命令以后,將溫室對應(yīng)的溫濕度數(shù)據(jù)和控制狀態(tài)回傳到上位機(jī)控制中心,從而達(dá)到信息的實(shí)時(shí)更新和信息校驗(yàn)。語音識別是將語音控制信號轉(zhuǎn)換為對應(yīng)的機(jī)器控制信號,再通過數(shù)據(jù)通信系統(tǒng),將信號傳輸給對應(yīng)的控制系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而控制整個(gè)溫室系統(tǒng),使得溫室控制有更強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性和靈活性。
[Abstract]:As the development direction of facility agriculture, with the rapid development of the Internet and the popularization of mobile intelligent terminals, it is of great practical value to seek a more convenient and rapid intelligent control mode. In this paper, the existing greenhouse is selected as the experimental basis, aiming at the actual situation of low yield and low automation level of the traditional greenhouse shed, this paper studies the use of speech recognition, data acquisition, automation control, etc. Communication technology and other means constitute greenhouse control system. In the traditional greenhouse installed a variety of environmental data collection terminal, through these terminals to the greenhouse data collection, calculation and processing, and finally the greenhouse information to our intelligent terminal, Then the intelligent terminal is used to collect the user's voice information and realize the real-time control of the greenhouse. This article has done the following several aspects of research: 1. The hardware of environment data detection terminal is designed and manufactured, in which the driver program of greenhouse state display, data acquisition, data communication and so on is written in C language. The temperature and humidity data of greenhouse are collected by DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor. And the collected data through the wireless module GTM900C to send to the smart phone terminal. 2. 2. The speech recognition software is written with Java language, and the speech engine of iFLYTEK is embedded. The collected speech signal is converted into the corresponding text information, and the text information is matched successfully. Send the control command to the greenhouse control center by SMS. 3. After the control command of the upper computer is obtained, the temperature and humidity data and the control state of the greenhouse are transmitted back to the upper computer control center, so that the information can be updated and verified in real time. Speech recognition is to convert the speech control signal into the corresponding machine control signal, and then transmit the signal to the corresponding control system through the data communication system, and then control the whole greenhouse system. It makes greenhouse control more adaptable and flexible.
