基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的車間制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the rapid changes of the market and the development and transformation of the modern manufacturing industry, the manufacturing industry is gradually changing to multi-variety and small-batch production, which can quickly respond to the market changes and the changing production process. Along with this change, the enterprise to the production workshop information put forward higher requirements. However, the manufacturing process adopted by manufacturing enterprises in our country for many years is a traditional mode, and its production characteristic is "from top to bottom", which makes the information "fault" appear between the workshop control layer and the planning layer of the enterprise. Manufacturing execution system (Manufacturing Execution System,MES) is a management information system for workshop execution layer. It can build a bridge between enterprise information management and equipment control system of manufacturing unit, thus solving the above "fault" problem. To solve this problem, it is necessary to obtain and exchange information in time. The technology of Internet of things is introduced into MES, and various kinds of dynamic information of objects are acquired in real time by using various information perception devices. Then these object sensors are connected by network technology, and then the information is intelligently processed. Thus, the management, coordination and control of objects and equipment in the workshop can be realized, and more economic benefits can be obtained. This paper analyzes the manufacturing industry which is gradually changing to the production mode of small batch and variety, especially the typical discrete manufacturing workshop, such as machining workshop, etc. A workshop manufacturing execution system based on the Internet of things is proposed to solve the "fault" phenomenon of this kind of manufacturing enterprises, and the design idea and framework of the MES system are given. In addition, the platform of Internet of things in manufacturing workshop is designed by using RFID technology and ZigBee technology, which realizes the collection, real-time monitoring and transmission of all kinds of data in the workshop. At the same time, integrating the methods of industrial engineering process analysis and management information system theory, the management information response and information exchange demand of discrete manufacturing workshop, workshop production task management, After analyzing the process information management, product and organization structure, the MES system is realized by using Justep X5 development platform. Finally, the Internet of things technology and MES system are connected successfully, which realizes the response and timely exchange of information in the workshop, strengthens the production information degree of the workshop, and enhances the visualization degree. The platform is verified by an example of assembly workshop production line flow.
