基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的車間制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)的快速變化和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型,制造業(yè)正逐步向多品種小批量生產(chǎn)、能夠快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化及生產(chǎn)流程多變等方向轉(zhuǎn)變。伴隨著這種轉(zhuǎn)變,企業(yè)對(duì)生產(chǎn)車間的信息化提出了更高的要求。然而,我國(guó)的制造企業(yè)多年來采用的生產(chǎn)制造過程是傳統(tǒng)模式,它的生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)是“由上而下”,這就使得企業(yè)的車間控制層和計(jì)劃層之間出現(xiàn)了信息“斷層”現(xiàn)象。制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)是面向車間執(zhí)行層的管理信息系統(tǒng),它能夠在企業(yè)信息管理層與制造單元的設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)之間架起一座橋梁,從而解決上述“斷層”問題。而解決這個(gè)問題就需要信息的及時(shí)獲取和信息交換。在MES中引入物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),利用各種信息感知設(shè)備實(shí)時(shí)獲取物體的各種動(dòng)態(tài)信息,然后通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)將這些物體傳感器連接起來,再對(duì)這些信息進(jìn)行智能處理,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)車間物體與設(shè)備的管理、協(xié)調(diào)與控制,取得更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文對(duì)正逐步向小批量、多品種的生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的制造業(yè),特別是機(jī)加工車間等典型的離散類制造車間進(jìn)行分析,提出利用基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的車間制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)來解決此類制造企業(yè)的“斷層”現(xiàn)象,并給出具體的MES系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)思路與框架;此外利用RFID技術(shù)和ZigBee技術(shù)具體設(shè)計(jì)出了制造車間物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)車間的各種數(shù)據(jù)的采集、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控與傳輸;同時(shí)綜合工業(yè)工程流程分析方法與管理信息系統(tǒng)理論,對(duì)離散制造業(yè)車間的管理信息響應(yīng)與信息交換的需求、車間生產(chǎn)任務(wù)管理、工藝信息管理以及產(chǎn)品與組織結(jié)構(gòu)等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析后,利用Justep X5開發(fā)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了MES系統(tǒng);最后成功將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與MES系統(tǒng)互聯(lián),實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)車間信息的響應(yīng)與及時(shí)交換,使車間的生產(chǎn)息化程度加強(qiáng)、可視化程度提高,并對(duì)該平臺(tái)進(jìn)行裝配車間生產(chǎn)線流程的實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:With the rapid changes of the market and the development and transformation of the modern manufacturing industry, the manufacturing industry is gradually changing to multi-variety and small-batch production, which can quickly respond to the market changes and the changing production process. Along with this change, the enterprise to the production workshop information put forward higher requirements. However, the manufacturing process adopted by manufacturing enterprises in our country for many years is a traditional mode, and its production characteristic is "from top to bottom", which makes the information "fault" appear between the workshop control layer and the planning layer of the enterprise. Manufacturing execution system (Manufacturing Execution System,MES) is a management information system for workshop execution layer. It can build a bridge between enterprise information management and equipment control system of manufacturing unit, thus solving the above "fault" problem. To solve this problem, it is necessary to obtain and exchange information in time. The technology of Internet of things is introduced into MES, and various kinds of dynamic information of objects are acquired in real time by using various information perception devices. Then these object sensors are connected by network technology, and then the information is intelligently processed. Thus, the management, coordination and control of objects and equipment in the workshop can be realized, and more economic benefits can be obtained. This paper analyzes the manufacturing industry which is gradually changing to the production mode of small batch and variety, especially the typical discrete manufacturing workshop, such as machining workshop, etc. A workshop manufacturing execution system based on the Internet of things is proposed to solve the "fault" phenomenon of this kind of manufacturing enterprises, and the design idea and framework of the MES system are given. In addition, the platform of Internet of things in manufacturing workshop is designed by using RFID technology and ZigBee technology, which realizes the collection, real-time monitoring and transmission of all kinds of data in the workshop. At the same time, integrating the methods of industrial engineering process analysis and management information system theory, the management information response and information exchange demand of discrete manufacturing workshop, workshop production task management, After analyzing the process information management, product and organization structure, the MES system is realized by using Justep X5 development platform. Finally, the Internet of things technology and MES system are connected successfully, which realizes the response and timely exchange of information in the workshop, strengthens the production information degree of the workshop, and enhances the visualization degree. The platform is verified by an example of assembly workshop production line flow.
