【摘要】：作為現(xiàn)代通訊重要組成部分的無線通訊,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)走入了千家萬戶,并逐漸為廣大民眾所熟知。 本文介紹了一款集成WIFI電路的已商用量產(chǎn)化WLAN室外AP產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)過程。并對(duì)這款大規(guī)模商用產(chǎn)品可測(cè)試性和可制造性做了一定的探討。針對(duì)該產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)端需求,即需要滿足運(yùn)營商選型測(cè)試要求,給出了相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn),性能介紹及測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)。 在本文中,介紹了大功率WLAN電路的設(shè)計(jì)思路,器件選型方式和匹配調(diào)試的方法,對(duì)大功率的WLAN電路的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用思路進(jìn)行了詳盡的闡述。對(duì)于現(xiàn)代通訊設(shè)備節(jié)能環(huán)保型的電源架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),本文也有著詳細(xì)的介紹和描述,并通過具體設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)802.3at電路和高效率二次電源電路的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了具體分析和研究。目前,該研究成果已產(chǎn)品化并大規(guī)模商用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern communication, wireless communication, with the development of science and technology and social economy, has entered thousands of households, and is gradually known by the general public. This paper introduces the design and development of a commercial WLAN outdoor AP integrated with WIFI circuit. The testability and manufacturability of this large-scale commercial product are also discussed. According to the market demand of the product, that is, to meet the test requirements of operator selection, the characteristics of the product, performance introduction and test data are given. In this paper, the design idea, device selection method and matching debugging method of high-power WLAN circuit are introduced, and the design and application of high-power WLAN circuit are described in detail. For the modern communication equipment energy-saving and environment-friendly power architecture design, this paper also has a detailed introduction and description. The system architecture design and detailed design of standard 802.3at circuit and high efficiency secondary power supply circuit are analyzed and studied through concrete design examples. At present, the research results have been produced and large-scale commercial.
