【摘要】：作為現(xiàn)代通訊重要組成部分的無線通訊,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)和社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)走入了千家萬戶,并逐漸為廣大民眾所熟知。 本文介紹了一款集成WIFI電路的已商用量產(chǎn)化WLAN室外AP產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計和研發(fā)過程。并對這款大規(guī)模商用產(chǎn)品可測試性和可制造性做了一定的探討。針對該產(chǎn)品的市場端需求,即需要滿足運營商選型測試要求,給出了相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品特點,性能介紹及測試數(shù)據(jù)。 在本文中,介紹了大功率WLAN電路的設(shè)計思路,器件選型方式和匹配調(diào)試的方法,對大功率的WLAN電路的設(shè)計應(yīng)用思路進行了詳盡的闡述。對于現(xiàn)代通訊設(shè)備節(jié)能環(huán)保型的電源架構(gòu)設(shè)計,本文也有著詳細的介紹和描述,并通過具體設(shè)計實例對標準802.3at電路和高效率二次電源電路的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計和詳細設(shè)計進行了具體分析和研究。目前,該研究成果已產(chǎn)品化并大規(guī)模商用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern communication, wireless communication, with the development of science and technology and social economy, has entered thousands of households, and is gradually known by the general public. This paper introduces the design and development of a commercial WLAN outdoor AP integrated with WIFI circuit. The testability and manufacturability of this large-scale commercial product are also discussed. According to the market demand of the product, that is, to meet the test requirements of operator selection, the characteristics of the product, performance introduction and test data are given. In this paper, the design idea, device selection method and matching debugging method of high-power WLAN circuit are introduced, and the design and application of high-power WLAN circuit are described in detail. For the modern communication equipment energy-saving and environment-friendly power architecture design, this paper also has a detailed introduction and description. The system architecture design and detailed design of standard 802.3at circuit and high efficiency secondary power supply circuit are analyzed and studied through concrete design examples. At present, the research results have been produced and large-scale commercial.
