美國“太空籬笆”計劃概述

【摘要】:"太空籬笆"計劃是美國立足未來國家安全和民事應(yīng)用需求,為擴大對太空目標(biāo)的監(jiān)視范圍、增加對太空目標(biāo)的探測容量、提高對太空目標(biāo)的探測精度和時效性,特別是探測小型太空目標(biāo)的需求而提出的一種大型地基雷達系統(tǒng)。該計劃試圖通過跟蹤更多更小的目標(biāo),以及取代美國空軍1961年以來一直使用的空軍太空監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)來改善空間態(tài)勢感知能力。文中介紹了"太空籬笆"項目的意圖、系統(tǒng)組成及功能,分析了"太空籬笆"項目的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、風(fēng)險點以及管理方式。
[Abstract]:The "Space fence" program aims to expand the scope of surveillance of space targets, increase the detection capacity of space targets, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of space targets, based on the needs of future national security and civil applications. In particular, a large-scale ground-based radar system is proposed to detect small space targets. The program seeks to improve space situational awareness by tracking more and smaller targets and replacing the Air Force's space surveillance system, which has been in use since 1961. This paper introduces the intention, system composition and function of the "space fence" project, and analyzes the key technology, risk point and management mode of the "space fence" project.
