以用戶體驗(yàn)為導(dǎo)向的手機(jī)應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:信息時代的今天,手機(jī)幾乎是所有人進(jìn)行信息交流溝通最重要的個人移動終端。智能手機(jī)代表了手機(jī)發(fā)展的方向,智能手機(jī)應(yīng)用軟件作為智能手機(jī)開發(fā)的重點(diǎn),其界面設(shè)計(jì)的互動和體驗(yàn)也就變得尤為重要。 而現(xiàn)有的針對手機(jī)應(yīng)用的設(shè)計(jì)方法不夠系統(tǒng)和完善。本文希望能夠建立一套相對完善的以用戶體驗(yàn)為導(dǎo)向的手機(jī)應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)方法,包括相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、原則和流程的建立。旨在豐富以用戶體驗(yàn)為導(dǎo)向的設(shè)計(jì)理論,同時能夠有效指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。 本文研究主要從以下幾個方面展開:首先,以相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)理論研究為基礎(chǔ),包括情感化設(shè)計(jì)、隱喻設(shè)計(jì)、意識設(shè)計(jì)等,提煉和歸納這些設(shè)計(jì)理論和原則能夠提升用戶體驗(yàn)的要素。其次,在閱讀書籍和查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查,訪談等方式,分析影響手機(jī)應(yīng)用用戶體驗(yàn)的因素——設(shè)備特征、用戶特征和使用環(huán)境,及其各自的特征對手機(jī)應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)的影響和設(shè)計(jì)要求;然后,將理論研究結(jié)合手機(jī)應(yīng)用自身特點(diǎn),從提升用戶體驗(yàn)的角度出發(fā),建立手機(jī)應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和原則,分別是:簡潔性、一致性、擬物性、迅捷性、容錯性、情感性、關(guān)聯(lián)性以及品牌性;并從本能層、行為層和反思層出發(fā)分別詳細(xì)闡述各個層次的設(shè)計(jì)原則的定義及表現(xiàn)。最后,從用戶體驗(yàn)要素五個層次出發(fā):戰(zhàn)略層(Strategy)、范圍層(Scope)、結(jié)構(gòu)層(Structure)、框架層(Skeleton)、表現(xiàn)層(Surface),詳細(xì)闡述整個設(shè)計(jì)流程,包括各個階段的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),需要完成的任務(wù),以及涉及到的研究方法,從而建立了完整的以用戶體驗(yàn)為導(dǎo)向的手機(jī)應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)方法和流程。并通過手機(jī)應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際案例,分析與驗(yàn)證該設(shè)計(jì)方法的有效性可行性。
[Abstract]:In the information age, mobile phone is the most important personal mobile terminal for information exchange and communication. Smart phone represents the direction of mobile phone development. As the focus of smartphone development, the interaction and experience of interface design become more and more important. But the existing design method for mobile phone application is not systematic and perfect. This paper hopes to establish a relatively complete set of user experience oriented mobile phone application design methods, including the establishment of relevant design standards, principles and processes. The purpose is to enrich the user-experience-oriented design theory and to effectively guide design practice. Firstly, based on the research of relevant design theories, including emotional design, metaphorical design, conscious design and so on, this paper summarizes the elements of these design theories and principles that can improve the user experience. Secondly, on the basis of reading books and consulting relevant documents, combined with questionnaire survey, interview and other methods, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the mobile phone application user experience-device characteristics, user characteristics and usage environment. Then, combining the theoretical research with the characteristics of mobile phone application, from the point of view of improving the user experience, establish the standards and principles of mobile phone application design. They are: conciseness, consistency, pseudotransitivity, promptness, fault-tolerance, affective, relevance and brand, and elaborate the definition and performance of design principles of each level from instinct layer, behavior layer and reflection layer respectively. Finally, from five levels of user experience elements: strategic layer, (Strategy), scope layer, (Scope), structure layer, (Structure), frame layer, (Skeleton), presentation layer, the whole design process, including the design objectives of each stage, the tasks to be completed, is elaborated in detail. And the related research methods, so as to establish a complete user-experience-oriented mobile phone application design method and process. The validity and feasibility of this design method are analyzed and verified by the actual case of mobile phone application design.
