無(wú)線移動(dòng)醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的隱私保護(hù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著無(wú)線傳感器技術(shù)、移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)以及云計(jì)算技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和人們生活水平的不斷提高,人們對(duì)醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)服務(wù)的實(shí)時(shí)性、可靠性和安全性提出了更高的要求。在無(wú)線移動(dòng)醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,,由于監(jiān)護(hù)對(duì)象的特殊性,監(jiān)護(hù)的健康數(shù)據(jù)是個(gè)人十分敏感且重要的隱私信息,隱私問(wèn)題已成為無(wú)線移動(dòng)醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)中首要考慮的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,設(shè)計(jì)高效的隱私保護(hù)機(jī)制將顯得尤為重要,對(duì)無(wú)線移動(dòng)醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的快速發(fā)展和大規(guī)模應(yīng)用也將有著重要的作用。 本文從無(wú)線移動(dòng)醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的移動(dòng)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)層和云服務(wù)層出發(fā),針對(duì)其中存在的隱私問(wèn)題,分別設(shè)計(jì)了基于病癥癥狀匹配的安全路由協(xié)議和具有隱私保護(hù)的緊急響應(yīng)調(diào)度機(jī)制。兩種隱私保護(hù)機(jī)制有效的防御和抵制了多種攻擊,保障了信息的安全傳輸、存儲(chǔ)和訪問(wèn)。 基于病癥癥狀匹配的安全路由協(xié)議,充分利用無(wú)線體域網(wǎng)和移動(dòng)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點(diǎn),將個(gè)人病癥信息作為匹配向量,通過(guò)向量匹配結(jié)果來(lái)可靠的選擇中繼用戶,基于半同態(tài)加密技術(shù),有效的保證了病癥信息的隱私性和轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的可靠性。 具有隱私保護(hù)的緊急響應(yīng)調(diào)度機(jī)制,基于MDRQs技術(shù)、雙線性配對(duì)技術(shù)以及同態(tài)加密技術(shù),綜合考慮醫(yī)療用戶和醫(yī)療服務(wù)提供者之間的距離和屬性匹配度因素,提出了一種安全緊急調(diào)度算法,保證了調(diào)度的及時(shí)性、高效性和隱私性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wireless sensor technology mobile communication technology and cloud computing technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standards people put forward higher requirements for real-time reliability and security of medical monitoring services. In the wireless mobile medical monitoring network, because of the particularity of the monitoring object, the monitored health data is a very sensitive and important privacy information for individuals. Privacy has become a key factor in the design of wireless mobile medical monitoring network. Therefore, the design of an efficient privacy protection mechanism will be particularly important, and will play an important role in the rapid development and large-scale application of wireless mobile medical monitoring network. Based on the mobile social network layer and cloud service layer of wireless mobile medical monitoring network, this paper aims at the privacy problems. A secure routing protocol based on symptom matching and an emergency response scheduling mechanism with privacy protection are designed respectively. The two privacy protection mechanisms effectively defend against and resist multiple attacks, and ensure the secure transmission, storage and access of information. A secure routing protocol based on symptom matching is used to make full use of the characteristics of wireless body area network and mobile social network. The individual disease information is used as the matching vector and the relay users are selected reliably by vector matching results. Based on semi-homomorphic encryption technology, the privacy of disease information and the reliability of forwarding are effectively guaranteed. Based on MDRQs technology, bilinear pairing technology and homomorphic encryption technology, the privacy protection emergency response scheduling mechanism takes into account the distance and attribute matching between medical users and medical service providers. A security emergency scheduling algorithm is proposed to ensure the timeliness, efficiency and privacy of scheduling.
