【摘要】：為探索資源產(chǎn)權(quán)制度和有償使用制度的實現(xiàn)機制,以無線電頻譜為例,依據(jù)一階密封拍賣原理,通過建立運營商在無線電頻譜拍賣過程中的不完全信息競價模型,分析運營商的投標數(shù)量、競價成功概率等因素對于運營商最優(yōu)報價的影響以及中標者數(shù)量對運營商期望利潤函數(shù)的影響,并求解模型得出運營商報價的一般表達式.分析表明,將拍賣機制運用于無線電頻譜資源分配,既充分體現(xiàn)頻譜資源的經(jīng)濟價值,又有利于頻譜資源的有效配置,同時是在運營商利潤最大化前提下的優(yōu)化決策.
[Abstract]:In order to explore the realization mechanism of resource property right system and paid use system, taking radio spectrum as an example, according to the principle of first order sealed auction, the incomplete information bidding model of operator in radio spectrum auction is established. This paper analyzes the influence of the number of bidding, the probability of success of bidding, and the number of successful bidders on the expected profit function of the operator, and obtains the general expression of the operator's quotation by solving the model. The analysis shows that applying the auction mechanism to the allocation of radio spectrum resources not only fully reflects the economic value of spectrum resources, but also is conducive to the effective allocation of spectrum resources, and is also an optimal decision under the premise of maximizing the profit of operators.
