基于自然語言處理及語音識別方法的電信業(yè)務(wù)軟件設(shè)計

【摘要】:一直以來,如何識別語言及處理都是人工智能開發(fā)者們潛心研究的重要課題。而一些如定理證明、問題解答、模式識別、機器博弈和機器人科學(xué)等雖屬于自然語言處理的其他領(lǐng)域,但也都有著一致性,其最根本的都是信息表達(dá)和如何利用問題。也就是說如何對獲取到的各種不盡相同的信息,最后通過計算機以一種可以理解的方式方法來將信息輸出。在我們?nèi)粘J褂玫耐ㄐ畔到y(tǒng)中,只要加入自然語言和語音識別等技術(shù),可以把傳統(tǒng)通信服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)變成為一個服務(wù)的“提供者”和生活“伙伴”。使用具有語言處理和語音技術(shù)能力的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),人們可以非常便捷地從遠(yuǎn)端的數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)中查詢與提取有關(guān)的信息。自然語言處理技術(shù)和語音識別技術(shù)正逐步成為信息技術(shù)中人機接口的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),在不久的將來,通過語音識別技術(shù)與語音合成技術(shù)的結(jié)合,人們就能夠通過語音命令來進(jìn)行原需要利用鍵盤才可以進(jìn)行的操作。本文探討如何通過對語音識別及語義理解能力平臺的建設(shè),來降低智能技術(shù)在電信業(yè)務(wù)中應(yīng)用的門檻,提高先進(jìn)技術(shù)復(fù)用能力。文中首先對業(yè)內(nèi)以蘋果公司的語音控制功能為代表的人工智能技術(shù)應(yīng)用的根本意義進(jìn)行探討,對原有語義理解能力平臺進(jìn)行分析,找出可優(yōu)化部分,增加能力平臺在業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)用,數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,理解能力幾個方面來完善平臺能力,以此解決面向電信業(yè)務(wù)的行業(yè)語料積累的問題,提升語音識別及語義理解的準(zhǔn)確程度;通過對平臺原型進(jìn)行測試,使查全率、查準(zhǔn)率,達(dá)到一個平衡,可完成電信自身的先進(jìn)技術(shù)積累,節(jié)約新技術(shù)在電信業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用開發(fā)成本。最后,對加載業(yè)務(wù)能力的語義平臺進(jìn)行性能測試與分析。通過設(shè)置不同的仿真場景,評估該系統(tǒng)在多用戶并發(fā)時的處理性能、響應(yīng)時間和可靠性等數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo),結(jié)果表明:設(shè)計方案有效可行。
[Abstract]:All the time, how to recognize language and process is an important research topic for artificial intelligence developers. Some of them, such as theorem proof, problem solving, pattern recognition, machine game, robot science and so on, belong to other fields of natural language processing, but they all have consistency. The most fundamental problem is how to express information and how to use it. That is to say, how to output the information in a way that can be understood by computer. In our daily communication system, we can transform traditional communication services into "providers" and "partners" of services by adding technologies such as natural language and speech recognition. With a communication network with language processing and voice technology, people can easily query and extract information from remote database systems. Natural language processing technology and speech recognition technology are gradually becoming the key technology of man-machine interface in information technology. In the near future, through the combination of speech recognition technology and speech synthesis technology, People can use voice commands to perform operations that could have been done using the keyboard. This paper discusses how to reduce the threshold of application of intelligent technology in telecommunication service and improve the reuse ability of advanced technology through the construction of speech recognition and semantic understanding ability platform. In this paper, we first discuss the fundamental significance of artificial intelligence technology application, which is represented by the voice control function of Apple, and analyze the original semantic understanding ability platform, find out the part that can be optimized, and increase the ability platform in business call. Data mining, understanding ability to improve the platform capability, to solve the problem of industry language data accumulation for telecom services, improve the accuracy of speech recognition and semantic understanding, through testing the platform prototype, make the recall rate, The precision rate can reach a balance, which can complete the advanced technology accumulation of telecom itself and save the development cost of the new technology in telecommunication business application. Finally, the performance of the semantic platform loaded with business capability is tested and analyzed. The performance, response time and reliability of the system are evaluated by setting different simulation scenarios. The results show that the design scheme is effective and feasible.
