海水布里淵散射譜特征參數(shù)的測量

【摘要】:為了去除布里淵雷達系統(tǒng)中Fabry-Perot標準具的譜線展寬對譜特征參數(shù)測量精度的影響,本文提出了一種雙參數(shù)擬合結合單參數(shù)擬合的方法。該方法首先根據(jù)F-P標準具的譜線展寬原理,采用雙參數(shù)L-M算法進行擬合,分析了擬合參數(shù)中擬合向量初始值和最大迭代次數(shù)對擬合精度的影響;然后針對其中一個擬合參數(shù)結果不穩(wěn)定的問題,選擇附加一個單參數(shù)擬合來提高測量精度。實驗結果表明,該方法可以使譜特征參數(shù)測量精度穩(wěn)定在MHz量級,保證了0.1℃的溫度測量精度。
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the influence of spectral line broadening of Fabry-Perot standard tools on the measurement accuracy of spectral characteristic parameters, a method of two-parameter fitting combined with single-parameter fitting is proposed in this paper. Firstly, according to the spectral broadening principle of F-P standard, two parameter L-M algorithm is used to fit the fitting parameters, and the effect of the initial value of fitting vector and the maximum number of iterations on the fitting accuracy is analyzed. Then a single parameter fitting is added to improve the accuracy of the measurement in view of the instability of one of the fitting parameters. The experimental results show that this method can make the measurement accuracy of spectral characteristic parameters stable in MHz order and ensure the precision of temperature measurement at 0.1 鈩,
