【摘要】：隨著智能手機(jī)價(jià)格的大幅下降,3G用戶越來越多,提升數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的用戶感知成為無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化人員的重點(diǎn)工作之一。從影響3G用戶感知的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)——3G用戶下切2G流量比入手,分析了3G用戶下切至2G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的原因,逐一介紹了每種原因的優(yōu)化措施,并根據(jù)實(shí)際優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹了5個(gè)典型的優(yōu)化案例,可為3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化人員提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the sharp decline of smartphone prices and the increasing number of 3G users, improving user awareness of data services has become one of the key tasks for wireless network optimizers. Based on a key index affecting 3G users' perception, the paper analyzes the reasons why 3G users cut down to 2G network, and introduces the optimization measures one by one. According to the practical optimization experience, five typical optimization cases are introduced, which can provide reference for 3G network optimizer.
