【摘要】：在發(fā)射機維護的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),對于水冷的DX發(fā)射機來講,"冷卻故障"出現(xiàn)時,PB單元或發(fā)射機將直接關機,除非故障排除手動開機,嚴重威脅安全播出。本文通過對"冷卻故障"進行原理性的分析,結合典型故障,對PB200單元出現(xiàn)的"冷卻故障",以及在觸摸屏(MMI)上的顯示,完整地總結了引起冷卻故障的原因及應急處理方法。
[Abstract]:In the course of transmitter maintenance, it is found that, for water-cooled DX transmitter, when "cooling failure" occurs, the unit or transmitter will be shut down directly unless the malfunction is removed by manual operation, which seriously threatens the safety of broadcasting. Through the principle analysis of "cooling fault", combined with typical fault, the "cooling fault" of PB200 unit and the display on touch screen (MMI), this paper summarizes the cause of cooling fault and emergency treatment method.
