FMCW雷達近程測距系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:本文通過對調(diào)頻連續(xù)波雷達測距理論的研究與分析,,完成了FMCW雷達近程測距系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,該系統(tǒng)主要由帶有片內(nèi)數(shù)字信號處理功能的A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器MAX11043、雷達收發(fā)器IVS-167和FPGA組成。 首先,論文介紹了FMCW雷達測距系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和基本工作原理,對三角波調(diào)制信號測距理論進行了詳細的分析,并結(jié)合實際情況給出了相關(guān)測距參數(shù)。其次,根據(jù)雷達收發(fā)器IVS-167的工作原理以及電氣參數(shù),設(shè)計出了三角波發(fā)生電路和差頻信號預(yù)處理電路,并采用MAX11043完成了對差頻信號的A/D采樣、數(shù)字濾波等功能。再次,本課題在FPGA器件上完成了對差頻信號的數(shù)字信號處理,并以圖表的形式給出了被測目標距離在20m~40m范圍內(nèi)的系統(tǒng)測試結(jié)果,測距精度在0.38%~2.37%之間,達到了預(yù)期目標。最后,論文分析了影響FMCW雷達測距精度的因素,提出并驗證了將FFT算法與Chirp-Z算法相結(jié)合可以有效提高FMCW雷達測距系統(tǒng)的測距精度。
[Abstract]:Based on the research and analysis of the ranging theory of frequency-modulated continuous wave radar, the design of FMCW radar short-range ranging system is completed in this paper. The system is mainly composed of MAX11043, radar transceiver IVS-167 and FPGA with on-chip digital signal processing function. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of FMCW radar ranging system, analyzes the triangulation signal ranging theory in detail, and gives the relevant ranging parameters according to the actual situation. Secondly, according to the working principle and electrical parameters of radar transceiver IVS-167, the triangle wave generating circuit and differential frequency signal preprocessing circuit are designed, and the functions of Ar / D sampling and digital filtering of differential frequency signal are accomplished by MAX11043. Thirdly, the digital signal processing of the differential frequency signal is completed on the FPGA device, and the system test results of the range of the measured target in the range of 20m~40m are given in the form of chart. The ranging accuracy is between 0.38% and 2.37%, which achieves the expected goal. Finally, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the ranging accuracy of FMCW radar, and proposes and verifies that the combination of FFT algorithm and Chirp-Z algorithm can effectively improve the ranging accuracy of FMCW radar ranging system.
