復雜信號環(huán)境下雷達信號分選算法研究

【摘要】:隨著雷達技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和新體制雷達的廣泛應(yīng)用,雷達所處的信號環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)出密集、復雜和多變的特征,雷達信號分選的難度也逐漸增高。目前傳統(tǒng)的信號分選方法已無法滿足實時性分選的要求。為了能夠有效分選復雜信號環(huán)境下的雷達信號,本文深入研究信號分選的關(guān)鍵算法,并針對單一分選算法存在分選結(jié)果模糊性甚至無法正確分選的缺陷,研究算法聯(lián)合分選。 首先,,分析了雷達信號分選所面臨的復雜信號環(huán)境,簡要介紹了動態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)法、直方圖法、平面變換法等常見的傳統(tǒng)信號分選方法,并針對傳統(tǒng)分選算法中存在的子諧波問題,研究PRI變換法及其改進算法。仿真結(jié)果表明,改進的PRI變換法對復雜信號環(huán)境中的抖動信號、脈沖丟失信號具有較好的分選效果。 其次,將獨立分量分析應(yīng)用到雷達信號分選中,重點研究了基于FastICA算法的雷達信號分選。該算法對復雜信號環(huán)境下不同調(diào)制類型的雷達信號有著良好的分選效果,尤其是對同時到達信號。針對噪聲干擾下ICA算法分選效果較差的情況,研究基于FastICA算法和小波變換的綜合分選算法,該算法對低信噪比下的雷達信號有良好的分選效果。 最后,針對復雜調(diào)制雷達信號的脈內(nèi)特征進行了研究,重點研究了基于小波脊線提取脈內(nèi)特征的雷達信號分選方法。由于小波脊線法無法正確分選相同調(diào)制類型不同調(diào)制參數(shù)的雷達信號,本文結(jié)合改進的PRI變換法,研究了基于小波脊線和PRI變換法的綜合分選算法,并通過仿真驗證該方法對復雜信號環(huán)境下大量未知雷達信號有很好的分選效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of radar technology and the wide application of new radar system, the signal environment of radar presents the characteristics of dense, complex and changeable, and the difficulty of radar signal sorting is gradually increasing. At present, the traditional signal sorting method can not meet the requirement of real-time sorting. In order to effectively separate radar signal in complex signal environment, the key algorithm of signal sorting is studied in this paper. Aiming at the shortcoming of single sorting algorithm that the result of separation is fuzzy or even can not be sorted correctly, the algorithm of joint sorting is studied. Firstly, the complex signal environment of radar signal sorting is analyzed, and the traditional signal sorting methods, such as dynamic correlation method, histogram method and plane transform method, are briefly introduced, and the sub-harmonic problems in the traditional sorting algorithm are also discussed. The PRI transform method and its improved algorithm are studied. The simulation results show that the improved PRI transform method has a good sorting effect on the jitter signal and the pulse loss signal in the complex signal environment. Secondly, the independent component analysis (ICA) is applied to radar signal sorting, and the radar signal sorting based on FastICA algorithm is studied. The algorithm has a good sorting effect for radar signals with different modulation types in complex signal environments, especially for simultaneous arrival signals. In view of the poor sorting effect of ICA algorithm under noise interference, a comprehensive sorting algorithm based on FastICA algorithm and wavelet transform is studied. The algorithm has a good sorting effect for radar signals with low SNR. Finally, the intra pulse feature of complex modulated radar signal is studied, and the method of radar signal sorting based on wavelet ridge extraction is studied. Because the wavelet ridge method can not correctly select the radar signals with the same modulation type and different modulation parameters, this paper studies a comprehensive sorting algorithm based on wavelet ridge and PRI transform combined with the improved PRI transform method. The simulation results show that the method has a good sorting effect on a large number of unknown radar signals in complex signal environment.
