【摘要】：高階收斂的復(fù)值FastICA(CFICA)算法是一種有效的獨(dú)立分量分析算法,具有收斂速度快、形式簡單的特點(diǎn)。其對初始值的選擇要求較高,如果初始值選擇不當(dāng),不僅會影響收斂的效果,甚至有可能造成不收斂的結(jié)果。針對這一問題,在高階收斂的CFICA的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過引入超松弛因子對隨機(jī)產(chǎn)生的初始值進(jìn)行處理,放寬算法對初始值的要求。在保證收斂速度的前提下,獲得了能有效克服初值敏感性的高階CFICA改進(jìn)算法。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:改進(jìn)后的算法不依賴于初始值的選擇,避免了收斂速度不均衡的現(xiàn)象,提高了算法的收斂性能。
[Abstract]:High order convergent complex valued FastICA (CFICA) algorithm is an effective independent component analysis algorithm with the characteristics of fast convergence and simple form. If the initial value is not properly chosen, it will not only affect the effect of convergence, but also may result in non-convergence. To solve this problem, based on the higher-order convergent CFICA, the overrelaxation factor is introduced to deal with the randomly generated initial value, and the requirements of the algorithm for the initial value are relaxed. On the premise of ensuring the convergence rate, an improved high order CFICA algorithm is obtained, which can effectively overcome the sensitivity of initial values. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm does not depend on the selection of initial value, avoids the phenomenon of uneven convergence rate, and improves the convergence performance of the algorithm.
