北斗遠(yuǎn)程通信的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當(dāng)今,衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)已成為世界各主要國家綜合國力及科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志之一,是國防和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要組成部分。北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位系統(tǒng)是我國獨立自主研發(fā)、建設(shè)的衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位系統(tǒng),是國家安全戰(zhàn)略的需要,是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,是我國改革開放30年科技進步的一項標(biāo)志性成果,它的出現(xiàn)打破了美、俄的壟斷地位,使我國成為第三個擁有自主衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的國家,體現(xiàn)了我國的綜合國力,具有劃時代的意義。2006年,北斗系統(tǒng)與美國GPS、俄羅斯GLONASS和歐盟伽利略系統(tǒng)一起被聯(lián)合國衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航委員會正式確認(rèn)為四個全球衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)核心供應(yīng)商。北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)主要功能包括定位、通信、授時,并具有導(dǎo)航等其它功能。中國北斗衛(wèi)星系統(tǒng)是繼美國GPS、俄羅斯格洛納斯、歐洲伽利略之后,全球第四大衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)。北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)2012年將覆蓋亞太區(qū)域,2020年將形成由30多顆衛(wèi)星組網(wǎng)具有覆蓋全球的能力。高精度的北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)自主創(chuàng)新,既具備GPS和伽利略系統(tǒng)的功能,又具備短報文通信功能。國家電力部門對于利用北斗技術(shù)遠(yuǎn)程采集數(shù)據(jù)十分有興趣,已做過多次的前期調(diào)研。該技術(shù)的市場前景良好。由于北斗I型通訊機首先具有雙向數(shù)字報文通信能力能進行方便的指揮和信息互通;其次可進行點對點、一點對多點的信息傳輸,便于調(diào)度與控制,為運營平臺提供了極大的便利;還能實現(xiàn)實時傳輸,各項指令通過衛(wèi)星傳輸,不受地域和空間限制,可以隨時機動通信,為處理突發(fā)事件贏得寶貴時間。因此特別適用于偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,對于廣大人煙稀少的山區(qū)、牧區(qū),既無光纖通路,也無移動或聯(lián)通等公網(wǎng)信號,常用的通信通道在這種地區(qū)在則顯得無能為力,而新鋪設(shè)光纜也存在成本過高、通信架構(gòu)受限等諸多問題。為此我國電力部門選定青海省的某一臺區(qū)作為遠(yuǎn)程抄表試點項目。其核心任務(wù)是利用北斗衛(wèi)星的短報文遠(yuǎn)程傳輸技術(shù)研制一個安裝簡單的嵌入式裝置來代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的GPRS通訊來傳輸每個臺區(qū)的電量數(shù)據(jù)表的數(shù)據(jù),以實現(xiàn)偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸任務(wù)。本課題即是圍繞著這一項目展開,創(chuàng)造性地將北斗傳輸協(xié)議與國網(wǎng)傳輸協(xié)議相結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程電量數(shù)據(jù)與國網(wǎng)信息平臺的數(shù)據(jù)透傳,是我國首例解決遠(yuǎn)程電力抄表的案例實現(xiàn),在青海省電力系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用效果良好。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the satellite navigation system has become one of the important symbols of the comprehensive national strength and the level of scientific and technological development of the major countries in the world, and is an important component of national defense and economic development. Beidou satellite navigation and positioning system is a satellite navigation and positioning system independently developed and built in China. It is the need of the national security strategy, the need of social and economic development, and the landmark achievement of scientific and technological progress over the past 30 years of reform and opening up in China. Its emergence has broken the monopoly position of the United States and Russia, making China the third country to have its own satellite navigation system, which reflects the comprehensive national strength of our country and has epoch-making significance. In 2006, Together with US GPS, Russian GLONASS and the European Union Galileo system, Beidou was officially recognized by the United Nations Satellite Navigation Committee as the four core global satellite navigation system providers. The main functions of Beidou satellite navigation system include positioning, communication, timing, and other functions such as navigation. China Beidou Satellite system is the fourth largest satellite navigation system in the world after US GPS, Russian Glonus and European Galileo. The Beidou satellite navigation system will cover the Asia-Pacific region in 2012 and will form a global network of more than 30 satellites by 2020. Beidou satellite navigation system with high precision realizes independent innovation, which not only has the functions of GPS and Galileo system, but also has the function of short message communication. The national electric power department is very interested in using Beidou technology to collect data remotely. The market prospect of the technology is good. Because Beidou I communication machine has the capability of two-way digital message communication, it can carry out convenient command and information exchange, and then it can transmit information from point to point, one point to many points, which is convenient for dispatch and control. It provides great convenience for the operation platform, and can realize real-time transmission. The instructions are transmitted by satellite, and can be mobile communication at any time, which can save valuable time for dealing with unexpected events. Therefore, it is especially suitable for data transmission in remote areas. For the vast mountainous areas and pastoral areas, there is neither optical fiber access, nor public network signals such as mobile or connected, and the commonly used communication channels in such areas appear powerless. However, the new fiber optic cable also has many problems, such as high cost and limited communication structure. For this reason, the electric power department of our country selected a certain area of Qinghai Province as the pilot project of remote meter reading. Its core task is to develop a simple embedded device to transmit the data of the electric data table in each station area instead of the traditional GPRS communication by using the short message remote transmission technology of Beidou satellite to realize the data transmission task in the remote area. This topic is around this project, creatively combine Beidou transmission protocol with national network transmission protocol, realize remote electric quantity data and data transmission of national network information platform, it is the first case of solving remote electric power meter reading in our country. It has been applied well in Qinghai electric power system.
