2.4GHz雙路鎖相環(huán)頻率綜合器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Frequency synthesis (Frequency Synthesis) technology based on phase locked loop (Phase-Locked Loop) is the basic technology in wireless communication system. As a local oscillator, the frequency synthesis module produces accurate oscillation signal, and its performance plays a decisive role in the receiver. In this paper, the research and design of a PLL based frequency synthesizer working in 2.4GHz band is completed. Firstly, the background knowledge of PLL frequency synthesizer is briefly introduced, and its main application is explained. The development of PLL frequency synthesizer is introduced briefly. Then, the basic structure of PLL system, the function and mathematical model of each module are introduced. Based on this, a frequency synthesizer based on PLL is introduced. The basic concept of phase noise is introduced. The PLL frequency synthesizer is discussed in sub-modules, which are phase discriminator, charge pump, voltage-controlled oscillator and divider. The advantages of the performance of each module in the loop are given, and the adoption of the dual-loop filter structure mentioned in the title of the paper is emphasized. Finally, in the aspect of simulation and verification, the circuit is designed by using tsmc0.18um mixed signal RF process, and the circuit is simulated by Cadence IC5141 software. The single voltage source of 1.8V is adopted. The VCO module is analyzed by pss pnoise and tran, and its performance parameters such as noise are given. The logic simulation results of PFD and the DC characteristics of CP are given. Finally, the simulation results of frequency synthesis of the whole system are given.
