基于地基激光雷達數(shù)據(jù)的單株玉米三維建模

【摘要】:為探索地基激光雷達數(shù)據(jù)在植物真實三維建模上的應(yīng)用,研究基于MeshLab軟件的三維Alpha-Shape算法和移動立方體算法進行玉米植株三維真實模型的重建。三維Alpha-Shape算法基于離散激光雷達點云構(gòu)建Delaunay三角網(wǎng),通過Alpha值的設(shè)置判斷各單純形是否保留,完成玉米植株三維重建。移動立方體算法則通過查找每個體素與等值面相交的交面,所有交面連在一起即為所求的等值面。Alpha值分別設(shè)置為0.006 290、0.012 638、0.018 635,采用Alpha-Shape算法進行單株玉米三維重建,試驗結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)Alpha值設(shè)置較小時,對玉米葉片、莖稈等細節(jié)信息表達的比較精細,但許多葉片中間不連續(xù);Alpha值設(shè)置較大時,對玉米植株細節(jié)信息表達不精細;谝苿恿⒎襟w算法重建出的玉米植株曲面較為光滑,且孔洞較少,但重建結(jié)果不完整。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the application of ground-based lidar data in plant real 3D modeling, 3D Alpha-Shape algorithm and moving cube algorithm based on MeshLab software were studied to reconstruct the 3D real model of maize plant. Three-dimensional Alpha-Shape algorithm is based on discrete lidar point cloud to construct Delaunay triangulation network. Through the setting of Alpha value to determine whether each simplex is reserved or not to complete the three-dimensional reconstruction of maize plant. By searching for the intersection between each voxel and the equivalent surface, the moving cube algorithm sets the equivalent surface. Alpha value of all the intersecting surfaces together is 0.006 ~ (290) ~ 0.012 ~ (638) ~ 0.018 ~ (635) respectively. The Alpha-Shape algorithm is used to reconstruct a single plant of maize. The results showed that when the Alpha value was small, the detailed information of maize leaves and stems was fine, but when the Alpha values of many leaves were larger, the detailed information of maize plants was not well expressed. The surface of maize plant reconstructed by moving cube algorithm is smooth and has fewer holes, but the reconstruction result is incomplete.
