空間網(wǎng)狀天線形面設(shè)計(jì)與靜力分析

【摘要】:可展開網(wǎng)狀反射面天線是衛(wèi)星通訊、電子偵察、地球觀測(cè)、陸地遙感和深空探測(cè)等航空及國防領(lǐng)域必不可少的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一。本文以可展開網(wǎng)狀天線為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其形面幾何成形設(shè)計(jì)、索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)應(yīng)力設(shè)計(jì)以及反射面靜力學(xué)分析三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了如下研究:首先,依據(jù)工作頻率設(shè)計(jì)要求獲得索網(wǎng)反射面的,選擇合適的球形參考面,生成索網(wǎng)拓?fù)溥B接,優(yōu)化調(diào)整分段環(huán)的曲率,獲得索網(wǎng)的節(jié)點(diǎn)坐標(biāo),將球形參考面的節(jié)點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)和拓?fù)溥B接關(guān)系映射到拋物反射面,建立網(wǎng)狀反射面的幾何成形技術(shù)。其次,基于節(jié)點(diǎn)力平衡方程,利用線性代數(shù)獨(dú)立空間基的思想,經(jīng)過對(duì)索力大小進(jìn)行二范數(shù)與無窮范數(shù)的拓展,將預(yù)張力設(shè)計(jì)問題轉(zhuǎn)化為一個(gè)以獨(dú)立線性空間基系數(shù)為優(yōu)化變量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)二次規(guī)劃問題,形成形面誤差小、預(yù)張力分布均勻的網(wǎng)狀反射面天線預(yù)張力設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法。最后,采用剛度法和有限元法,建立網(wǎng)狀反射面天線結(jié)構(gòu)的非線性靜力學(xué)分析模型,將非線性求解問題轉(zhuǎn)化成無約束問題,采用信賴域法進(jìn)行求解,結(jié)果表明提出靜力學(xué)方法具有較好的可行性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Deployable mesh reflector antenna is one of the essential equipment in the fields of satellite communication, electronic reconnaissance, Earth observation, land remote sensing and deep space exploration. In this paper, we take the deployable mesh antenna as the research object, and do the following three aspects: the geometric shaping design of the shape plane, the prestressed design of the cable net structure and the static analysis of the reflector: firstly, According to the requirements of working frequency design, the suitable spherical reference plane is selected, the topological connection of cable network is generated, the curvature of segment ring is adjusted optimally, and the node coordinates of cable net are obtained. The nodal coordinate and topological connection of the spherical reference plane are mapped to the parabolic reflector, and the geometric shaping technique of the mesh reflector is established. Secondly, based on the nodal force balance equation, by using the idea of linear algebraic independent space basis, the cable force is extended by two norm and infinite norm. The pretension design problem is transformed into a standard quadratic programming problem in which the independent linear spatial basis coefficient is taken as the optimization variable to form the theory and method of the pre-tension design of the mesh reflector antenna with small shape error and uniform pretension distribution. Finally, the nonlinear static analysis model of the reticulated reflector antenna structure is established by using the stiffness method and the finite element method. The nonlinear solution problem is transformed into an unconstrained one, and the trust region method is used to solve the problem. The results show that the static method is feasible and practical.
