【摘要】：隨著農(nóng)村黨員干部現(xiàn)代遠程教育的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化信息傳播手段的不斷豐富,特別是廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)寬帶互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的覆蓋面不斷擴大,用戶對基于寬帶互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用服務(wù)的需求越來越迫切。如何向農(nóng)村黨員干部和農(nóng)民群眾提供基于流媒體服務(wù)為主的網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線視頻點播服務(wù),從而解決農(nóng)村黨員干部和農(nóng)民群眾在教育培訓中的工學矛盾,擴大遠程教育的受眾面,使遠程教育進村入戶,實現(xiàn)“黨員干部經(jīng)常受教育,農(nóng)民群眾長期得實惠”的目的,成為一個亟待解決的問題。本文從農(nóng)村黨員干部遠程教育教學組織管理的實際出發(fā),首先闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻點播與管理系統(tǒng)對遠程教育終端站點教學組織管理的重要意義與作用,分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對研究內(nèi)容與技術(shù)路線進行整體規(guī)劃,確定平臺的研究方向。其次,對平臺開發(fā)涉及的相關(guān)理論與技術(shù)進行簡要分析,包括遠程教育教學資源體系架構(gòu)、流媒體技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、平臺開發(fā)語言等,從技術(shù)方面保證了研究的順利進行。再次,在前期研究的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過認真分析和仔細研究,提出了農(nóng)村黨員干部現(xiàn)代遠程教育視頻點播與管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求和構(gòu)建方案,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析平臺的整體架構(gòu)和各模塊主要功能與結(jié)構(gòu)模型,包括系統(tǒng)操作流程和資源搜索、視頻管理模塊、專題管理、評論管理、統(tǒng)計管理、權(quán)限管理等功能模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計。最后,詳細說明了系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),完成了農(nóng)村黨員干部現(xiàn)代遠程教育視頻點播與管理系統(tǒng)并投入應(yīng)用。綜上所述,農(nóng)村黨員干部現(xiàn)代遠程教育視頻點播與管理系統(tǒng)基于P2P視頻點播技術(shù),構(gòu)建了一個資源豐富、內(nèi)容系統(tǒng)、平臺完善、學用方便、考核科學的網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線學習與管理平臺,為黨員干部和農(nóng)民群眾提供了便捷高效的學習環(huán)境,加強了教學組織管理,既是輔助教學的平臺,又是學用考核的系統(tǒng),是教學組織管理和教學效果評估的重要工具,從而提升農(nóng)村黨員干部現(xiàn)代遠程教育的科學化水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern distance education for party members and cadres in rural areas and the continuous enrichment of modern means of information dissemination, the coverage of broadband Internet in the vast rural areas has been continuously expanded. Users' demand for broadband Internet application services is becoming more and more urgent. How to provide online video-on-demand service based on streaming media service to the rural party members and cadres and the peasant masses, so as to solve the work-learning contradiction between the rural party members, cadres and peasants in education and training, and expand the audience of distance education. It is an urgent problem to make the distance education come into the village and realize the goal of "the Party members and cadres are often educated and the peasants and the masses are benefited for a long time". Starting from the reality of distance education and teaching organization and management for rural party members and cadres, this paper first expounds the important significance and function of network video on demand and management system for distance education terminal site teaching organization and management, and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad. The overall planning of the research content and technical route, determine the research direction of the platform. Secondly, the related theories and technologies involved in the platform development are briefly analyzed, including the system architecture of distance education resources, streaming media technology, database technology, platform development language, etc., which ensure the smooth progress of the research from the technical aspect. Thirdly, on the basis of the previous research, after careful analysis and careful study, this paper puts forward the functional requirements and construction scheme of the video on demand and management system of modern distance education for party members and cadres in rural areas, and on this basis, This paper analyzes the whole structure of the platform and the main functions and structural models of each module, including system operation flow and resource search, video management module, thematic management, comment management, statistical management, privilege management and database design. Finally, the design and implementation of each functional module of the system are described in detail, and the video on-demand and management system of modern distance education for rural party members and cadres is completed and put into application. To sum up, the video on demand and management system of modern distance education for rural party members and cadres is based on P2P video-on-demand technology, and a rich resource, content system, perfect platform and convenient learning and application are constructed. The scientific online learning and management platform provides a convenient and efficient learning environment for party members, cadres and peasants, and strengthens the teaching organization and management. It is not only a platform for auxiliary teaching, but also a system for learning and assessment. It is an important tool for teaching organization management and teaching effect evaluation so as to improve the scientific level of modern distance education for rural party members and cadres.
