基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的wMPS發(fā)射站控制系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對(duì)工作空間測(cè)量定位系統(tǒng)(wMPS)網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)量場(chǎng)中對(duì)發(fā)射站的控制需求,提出了一種基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)射站集中控制系統(tǒng);該系統(tǒng)包括發(fā)射站節(jié)點(diǎn)層,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)層和應(yīng)用層,利用無(wú)線傳感器與微控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)射站節(jié)點(diǎn)的控制與通信,網(wǎng)絡(luò)層將發(fā)射站分區(qū)域接入工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò),測(cè)量主機(jī)作為服務(wù)器對(duì)發(fā)射站進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理;通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,無(wú)線傳輸系統(tǒng)延時(shí)小,每秒可完成3次完整的控制與響應(yīng)流程,控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定且易于擴(kuò)展,提高了測(cè)量系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)時(shí)的工作效率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the control requirement of launch station in (wMPS) network measurement field, a centralized control system based on Internet of things technology is proposed, which includes node layer, field network layer and application layer. The wireless sensor and microcontroller are used to realize the control and communication of the transmitting station node. The network layer connects the transmitter station into the industrial network, and the measuring host acts as the server to manage the transmitter station. The wireless transmission system has the advantages of small delay, complete control and response flow three times per second, stable operation and easy expansion of the control system, which improves the working efficiency of the measurement system when it is applied in the field.
