電力通信網(wǎng)支撐系統(tǒng)風險評估系統(tǒng)研制

【摘要】:對電力通信網(wǎng)支撐系統(tǒng)進行安全風險評估,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)所面臨的風險,對電力系統(tǒng)的安全運行具有重要意義。本文研制了一套電力通信網(wǎng)支撐系統(tǒng)安全風險評估系統(tǒng),通過對電源系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)、通信機房及運行人員分別建立完備的評估指標體系,利用層次分析法實現(xiàn)了對各模塊的風險評估功能。本文在分析研究風險評估技術(shù)及相關(guān)理論方法的基礎(chǔ)上,將風險評估應(yīng)用到電力通信網(wǎng)支撐系統(tǒng)中,結(jié)合電力通信網(wǎng)的特點,確定了電力通信網(wǎng)支撐系統(tǒng)的風險評估的指標體系及評估方法,開發(fā)了基于Web服務(wù)的電力通信網(wǎng)支撐系統(tǒng)安全風險評估系統(tǒng)。在需求分析階段,分析了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)需求及功能需求,確定了系統(tǒng)的三個子功能模塊:數(shù)據(jù)維護、評估計算、記錄查詢。在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方案研究階段,確定了以Myeclipse為開發(fā)工具,以Microsoft SQL server作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用B/S模式和JDBC數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問方式進行系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計階段,分別對系統(tǒng)的組成結(jié)構(gòu)、主程序及各功能子程序流程、數(shù)據(jù)庫表以及支撐系統(tǒng)指標體系進行了設(shè)計,為了實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的靈活性與可維護性,系統(tǒng)設(shè)置了多種數(shù)據(jù)管理維護功能。最后,開發(fā)實現(xiàn)并測試了軟件系統(tǒng)的各項功能。測試結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)使用方便、界面友好,滿足功能需要和靈活性要求,具有較高的實用性。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance for the safe operation of electric power system to evaluate the security risk of the power communication network support system and discover the risks faced by the network in time. In this paper, a security risk assessment system for power communication network support system is developed. A complete evaluation index system is established for the power supply system, the network management system, the communication computer room and the operator, respectively. The risk assessment function of each module is realized by AHP. On the basis of analyzing and studying the risk assessment technology and related theories and methods, this paper applies the risk assessment to the electric power communication network supporting system, and combines the characteristics of the electric power communication network. The index system and method of risk assessment of power communication network support system are determined, and the security risk assessment system of power communication network support system based on Web service is developed. In the stage of requirement analysis, the data requirement and function requirement of the system are analyzed, and three sub-functional modules of the system are determined: data maintenance, evaluation and calculation, and record query. In the research stage of the system development scheme, the system is developed with Myeclipse as the development tool, Microsoft SQL server as the background database, B / S mode and JDBC database access mode. In the stage of system design, the structure of the system, the main program and the flow chart of each function subroutine, the database table and the index system of the supporting system are designed respectively, in order to realize the flexibility and maintainability of the system. The system has set up a variety of data management and maintenance functions. Finally, the functions of the software system are developed and tested. The test results show that the system is convenient in use, friendly in interface, meets the requirements of function and flexibility, and has high practicability.
