基于多種工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)輸入信號(hào)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)路由器的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中對(duì)生產(chǎn)過程的控制的要求越來越高,生產(chǎn)復(fù)雜度也相應(yīng)增加,而以往普通的人工操作已經(jīng)滿足不了現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展需求。所以,近年來計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和嵌入式技術(shù)已經(jīng)逐漸被引入到工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,使其在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中發(fā)揮出優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文是通過基于嵌入式的工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)來解決工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸問題,證明了工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的有效性和實(shí)用性。溫度是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中重要的參數(shù)之一,隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程的復(fù)雜度增加,對(duì)溫度測(cè)量的要求也越來越嚴(yán)格,所以在本課題中分別使用K型熱電偶和熱電阻PT100對(duì)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的溫度進(jìn)行測(cè)量。系統(tǒng)中對(duì)溫度傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理主要使用TI公司的低功耗微處理器MSP430F5529,并通過工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線協(xié)議Modbus協(xié)議將采集的數(shù)據(jù)傳送至網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端系統(tǒng)。數(shù)據(jù)采集部分的硬件部分主要包括熱電阻測(cè)溫、熱電偶測(cè)溫、0~10mA以及4~20mA信號(hào)的采集部分。本文系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端是通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制芯片ENC28J60和TI公司的低功耗芯片MSP430F5529來設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)的。主控制器MSP430F5529編寫相應(yīng)的以太網(wǎng)控制器驅(qū)動(dòng)程序來驅(qū)動(dòng)以太網(wǎng)的發(fā)送和接收,然后把經(jīng)過剪裁的TCP/IP協(xié)議移植到主控制芯片,最后通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口RJ45來實(shí)現(xiàn)本地的局域網(wǎng)的通信。上位機(jī)部分是使用NI公司的LabVIEW軟件進(jìn)行編寫,主要包括數(shù)據(jù)的接收部分、數(shù)據(jù)的保存部分、數(shù)據(jù)的顯示部分三個(gè)方面。數(shù)據(jù)的接收部分主要是通過TCP/IP協(xié)議來實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的接收。數(shù)據(jù)的保存主要是通過數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)將接收的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行保存。數(shù)據(jù)的顯示部分主要是對(duì)下位機(jī)發(fā)送上來的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)顯示,實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。通過上述三個(gè)部分,本課題不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的溫度采集,而且實(shí)現(xiàn)了工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的以太網(wǎng)控制,使得整個(gè)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的勞動(dòng)力減少、操作簡(jiǎn)單,并且實(shí)現(xiàn)了遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,對(duì)整個(gè)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrial automation technology, the demand of industrial production for the control of production process is more and more high, and the production complexity increases accordingly. But the common manual operation has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern industrial production in the past. Therefore, in recent years, computer technology and embedded technology have been gradually introduced into industrial production, so that it plays an important role in industrial production. In this paper, the problem of data transmission in industrial production is solved based on embedded industrial Ethernet technology, which proves the validity and practicability of industrial Ethernet technology in industrial production. Temperature is one of the most important parameters in industrial production. As the complexity of industrial production increases, the requirement of temperature measurement becomes more and more strict. Therefore, K-thermocouple and PT100 are used to measure the temperature in industrial production. The low power microprocessor MSP430F5529 of TI company is used to collect and process the data of temperature sensor, and the collected data is transmitted to the network terminal system by Modbus protocol. The hardware of the data acquisition part mainly includes the thermal resistance temperature measurement, the thermocouple temperature measurement and the 4~20mA signal acquisition. In this paper, the network terminal is designed and developed by the network control chip ENC28J60 and TI's low power chip MSP430F5529. The main controller MSP430F5529 writes the corresponding Ethernet controller driver to drive the transmission and reception of Ethernet, then transplants the clipped TCP/IP protocol to the master control chip, finally realizes the local LAN communication through the network interface RJ45. The upper computer part is written with NI company's LabVIEW software, including the receiving part of data, the saving part of data, and the display part of data. The receiving part of data is mainly realized by TCP/IP protocol. Data storage is mainly through the database will receive the data to save. The display part of the data is mainly to display the data sent from the lower computer in real time and realize the real-time monitoring of the industrial field. Through the above three parts, this subject not only realizes the temperature collection in the industrial field, but also realizes the Ethernet control in the industrial field, which makes the labor force of the whole industrial production reduce, the operation is simple, and the remote monitoring is realized. It is of great significance to the whole industrial production.
