基于WSN的智能溫室大棚自動(dòng)定點(diǎn)噴灌系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)溫室大棚灌溉智能化和自動(dòng)化水平低的問題,采用無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)WSN技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了智能溫室大棚自動(dòng)定點(diǎn)噴灌系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要由監(jiān)控中心上位機(jī)、多個(gè)溫濕度監(jiān)測(cè)和電磁閥控制節(jié)點(diǎn)、密封儲(chǔ)水罐壓力監(jiān)測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn)、充壓機(jī)和水泵控制節(jié)點(diǎn)組成。通過溫濕度傳感器獲取土壤表層的溫度和濕度數(shù)據(jù),并經(jīng)過ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)將該節(jié)點(diǎn)ID和數(shù)據(jù)打包實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)送至監(jiān)控中心上位機(jī),一旦監(jiān)測(cè)到的濕度低于設(shè)置的閾值時(shí),會(huì)控制對(duì)應(yīng)該區(qū)域的電磁閥開啟進(jìn)行噴灌,同時(shí)控制充壓機(jī)保持儲(chǔ)水罐內(nèi)的壓力為恒定值。試驗(yàn)表明,該系統(tǒng)能準(zhǔn)確獲取土壤表面的溫濕度數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了整個(gè)溫室大棚的定點(diǎn)噴灌和密閉儲(chǔ)水罐的自動(dòng)補(bǔ)水功能。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of low level of intelligent and automatic irrigation in traditional greenhouse, the automatic fixed-point sprinkler irrigation system of intelligent greenhouse was designed by using wireless sensor network (WSN) technology. The system is mainly composed of the upper computer of the monitoring center, several control nodes of temperature and humidity monitoring and solenoid valve, the pressure monitoring node of sealed water storage tank, the filling press and the control node of water pump. The temperature and humidity data of the soil surface are obtained by the temperature and humidity sensor, and the node ID and the data are packaged and sent to the upper computer of the monitoring center through the ZigBee network. Once the humidity monitored is below the set threshold, Sprinkler will be controlled to open the solenoid valve in the appropriate area, while the filling press will be controlled to keep the pressure in the tank constant. The test results show that the system can accurately obtain the soil surface temperature and humidity data and realize the automatic water replenishment function of the fixed point sprinkler irrigation and the closed water storage tank in the whole greenhouse.
