具有溫度補償?shù)腁PD陣列信號采集電路

【摘要】:對APD陣列信號采集電路進行了深入研究,著重分析其增益溫度補償實現(xiàn)方法。系統(tǒng)采用集成DC-DC高壓模塊為APD陣列提供高壓偏置,以提高系統(tǒng)可靠性。高壓模塊輸出電壓可通過數(shù)字電位計進行軟件控制,也可通過常規(guī)電位計手動調節(jié),增強系統(tǒng)增益調節(jié)的靈活性。為保持APD增益恒定,需在環(huán)境溫度變化時,APD偏壓與APD擊穿電壓成比例變化。詳細分析了基于溫敏二極管、溫敏電阻及帶溫度傳感器的數(shù)字電位計的增益溫度補償方法。APD陣列在激光照射下生成的電流信號經(jīng)跨阻放大器轉換成電壓輸出。最后,對電路性能進行了測試。分析表明:基于溫敏二極管的增益補償方法設計簡便;采用溫敏電阻的增益補償方法只能實現(xiàn)部分溫度范圍的線性補償;應用帶溫度傳感器的數(shù)字電位計進行溫度補償時存在鋸齒效應,該鋸齒效應與溫度分辨率有關,在溫度分辨率為4℃時,偏差最大可達4.57 V。測試結果顯示:在激光脈沖寬度為5.1 ns時,模塊輸出電壓脈寬達到10 ns。整個電路滿足后續(xù)系統(tǒng)設計要求。
[Abstract]:The APD array signal acquisition circuit is studied, and the method of gain temperature compensation is analyzed. The system uses integrated DC-DC high voltage module to provide high voltage bias for APD array to improve system reliability. The output voltage of high voltage module can be controlled by software by digital potentiometer or manually adjusted by conventional potentiometer to enhance the flexibility of system gain regulation. In order to keep the gain of APD constant, the bias voltage of APD is proportional to the breakdown voltage of APD when the ambient temperature changes. The gain temperature compensation method of digital potentiometer based on temperature sensitive diode, temperature sensitive resistor and temperature sensor is analyzed in detail. The current signal generated by APD array under laser irradiation is converted into voltage output by transimpedance amplifier. Finally, the performance of the circuit is tested. The analysis shows that the gain compensation method based on temperature sensitive diode is easy to design, and the gain compensation method based on temperature sensitive resistance can only realize linear compensation in part of temperature range. The sawtooth effect exists when the digital potentiometer with temperature sensor is used to compensate the temperature. The sawtooth effect is related to the temperature resolution.
