用于無線定位的TDOA算法研究與改進(jìn)

【摘要】:基于到達(dá)時間差(TDOA)的無線定位技術(shù)廣泛的應(yīng)用于軍事國防建設(shè)、智能交通、汽車導(dǎo)航等領(lǐng)域。而隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,基于TDOA的無線定位技術(shù)也將應(yīng)用到日常生活當(dāng)中。基于TDOA的無線定位技術(shù)的核心是時延估計(jì),如何能夠提高時延差估計(jì)的精度,并且有效的應(yīng)用于無線定位系統(tǒng)中是國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過多年國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的不懈努力,許多經(jīng)典的能夠提高時延估計(jì)精度的算法被提出。基于此本論文著重研究基于TDOA無線定位時延估計(jì)的算法的基本原理與方法,結(jié)合LMS自適應(yīng)濾波、二次相關(guān)、希爾伯特變換等相關(guān)理論,對基本算法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化。 首先,本文簡要分析了TDOA時延估計(jì)的原理,給出了TDOA時延估計(jì)的信號模型,然后本文詳細(xì)的研究了五種基本的時延估計(jì)方法,并對廣義互相關(guān)法與LMS自適應(yīng)時延估計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證,而且證明了其中幾個基本方法的相互關(guān)系。 其次,針對時延精度的問題,本文在高精度時延估計(jì)方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種基于LMS廣義相關(guān)希爾伯特差值時延估計(jì)算法,并對基于LMS廣義相關(guān)希爾伯特差值算法進(jìn)行了計(jì)算機(jī)仿真,驗(yàn)證算法的估計(jì)性能。 最后,針對基于LMS廣義相關(guān)希爾伯特差值算法的不足,對基于LMS廣義相關(guān)希爾伯特差值算法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化處理,,將固定步長LMS自適應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)化成變步長LMS自適應(yīng)濾波,提出了基于變步長LMS廣義二次相關(guān)希爾伯特差值時延估計(jì)算法,對優(yōu)化后的算法進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證,證明其有效性與估計(jì)性能優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Time-of-arrival (TDOA) based wireless positioning technology is widely used in military defense construction, intelligent transportation, vehicle navigation and other fields. With the development of science and technology, wireless location technology based on TDOA will be applied to daily life. TDOA-based wireless location technology is the core of time delay estimation, how to improve the accuracy of delay difference estimation, and effective application in wireless positioning system is the focus of attention of scholars at home and abroad. After years of unremitting efforts by scholars at home and abroad, many classical algorithms that can improve the accuracy of time delay estimation have been proposed. Based on this thesis, the basic principle and method of TDOA wireless location time delay estimation algorithm are studied, and the basic algorithm is improved and optimized based on LMS adaptive filtering, quadratic correlation, Hilbert transform and other relevant theories. Firstly, the principle of TDOA time delay estimation is briefly analyzed, and the signal model of TDOA time delay estimation is given. Then, five basic methods of TDOA time delay estimation are studied in detail. The generalized cross-correlation method and the LMS adaptive time delay estimation method are simulated, and the correlation of some basic methods is proved. Secondly, aiming at the problem of delay accuracy, this paper proposes a delay estimation algorithm based on LMS generalized correlation Hilbert difference. Computer simulation based on LMS generalized correlation Hilbert difference algorithm is carried out to verify the estimation performance of the algorithm. Finally, aiming at the deficiency of generalized correlation Hilbert difference algorithm based on LMS, the LMS generalized correlation Hilbert difference algorithm is optimized, and the fixed step size LMS adaptive filter is transformed into variable step size LMS adaptive filter. Based on the variable step size LMS generalized quadratic correlation Hilbert difference delay estimation algorithm is proposed. The simulation results show that the algorithm is effective and the estimation performance is superior.
