【摘要】：四川華通投資有限公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)是搭建在四川省華通集團(tuán)內(nèi)網(wǎng)上的一個(gè)重要應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),2012年建成并投入使用。隨著使用量的增加,在使用過程中出現(xiàn)了一些問題,對(duì)視頻會(huì)議的穩(wěn)定性、實(shí)時(shí)性和易管理性提出了更高要求,如何通過記錄和管理會(huì)議的信息,更快的定位和綜合分析故障,更好的匯總?cè)到y(tǒng)使用和維護(hù)過程中的意見和建議是本課題研究的方向。本系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的是四川華通投資有限公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)是基于.NET框架,采用B/S應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),MVC軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu),以SQL Server作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)�？傮w的系統(tǒng)框架采用的是當(dāng)今主流的三層體系結(jié)構(gòu),分為表現(xiàn)層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層和數(shù)據(jù)訪問層,降低了層與層之間的耦合性,增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)的靈活性,減少了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和維護(hù)成本。本文對(duì)視頻會(huì)議管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了充分的需求分析和業(yè)務(wù)功能設(shè)計(jì),并使用Visual Studio集成開發(fā)環(huán)境進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。根據(jù)需求分析本系統(tǒng)主要提供以下7個(gè)模塊:會(huì)議信息管理、故障信息管理、用戶建議管理、視頻點(diǎn)播管理、用戶信息管理、信息查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)和應(yīng)用維護(hù)管理。其中會(huì)議信息管理實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)視頻會(huì)議從創(chuàng)建到發(fā)布的全過程管理,故障信息管理模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)故障的申報(bào)、處理和反饋,它是本系統(tǒng)的核心部分。信息查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)各類信息的查詢,應(yīng)用維護(hù)管理實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)應(yīng)用參數(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)庫的維護(hù)功能。本文主要對(duì)會(huì)議管理和故障管理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。最后,本文對(duì)部分模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行闡述。本系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)使用大大減少了與服務(wù)器數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)接的操作,簡化了客戶端的管理,只需要通過web端的功能就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用和管理功能,保證了對(duì)系統(tǒng)使用的靈活性和可視性,系統(tǒng)通過對(duì)人員角色和其賦予系統(tǒng)使用的權(quán)限來保證系統(tǒng)的安全性,在一定程度上增加了系統(tǒng)使用的可靠性,使得系統(tǒng)增加了多層保護(hù)功能,通過運(yùn)用TCP/IP和WEB數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨平臺(tái)的系統(tǒng)操作功能。系統(tǒng)在試運(yùn)行期間通過不斷的系統(tǒng)測試,總體性能穩(wěn)定,基本能夠保障系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行,在四川華通投資公司使用的過程中解決了實(shí)際中的工作問題,基本滿足了公司日常視頻會(huì)議的需求。
[Abstract]:Sichuan Huatong Investment Co., Ltd.'s network video conference system is an important application system built in Sichuan Huatong Group. It was built and put into use in 2012. With the increase of usage, there are some problems in the process of using, which put forward higher requirements for the stability, real-time and manageability of video conference, how to locate and analyze the fault more quickly by recording and managing the information of the meeting. A better summary of comments and suggestions in the whole system usage and maintenance process is the research direction of this topic. This system mainly realizes the network video conference system of Sichuan Huatong Investment Co., Ltd. This system is based on .NET framework, adopts B / S application system architecture and MVC software architecture, and takes SQL Server as background database development and design. The overall system framework adopts the current mainstream three-tier architecture, which is divided into presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer, which reduces the coupling between layers and enhances the flexibility of the system. The cost of system development and maintenance is reduced. In this paper, the requirement analysis and business function design of video conference management information system are carried out, and the system is developed with Visual Studio integrated development environment. According to the requirement analysis, the system mainly provides the following seven modules: conference information management, fault information management, user suggestion management, video-on-demand management, user information management, information query statistics and application maintenance management. Conference information management realizes the whole process management of video conference from creation to release, and the fault information management module mainly realizes the fault declaration, processing and feedback. It is the core part of the system. The information query statistics realizes the query of all kinds of information, and the application maintenance management realizes the function of the application parameter and the database maintenance. This article mainly carries on the detailed design to the conference management and the fault management. Finally, this paper describes the implementation of some modules. The use of the system greatly reduces the operation of data docking with the server, simplifies the management of the client, and can realize the application and management function of the whole system only through the function of the web. The system ensures the flexibility and visibility of the use of the system. The system ensures the security of the system through the role of the personnel and the authority it gives to the system, and to a certain extent increases the reliability of the system. By using TCP / IP and Web database technology, the system realizes the cross-platform operation function. The overall performance of the system is stable and it can basically guarantee the normal operation of the system through continuous system testing during the trial run. In the course of using Sichuan Huatong Investment Company, the practical working problems have been solved. Basically meet the company's daily video conferencing needs.
