基于WiFi技術(shù)的井下視頻傳輸系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)對(duì)于煤炭的需求與日俱增。煤炭開采規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,也就意味著有越來(lái)越多的礦工需要在井下作業(yè)。目前,大多數(shù)礦山企業(yè)都采用有線傳輸?shù)姆绞,一旦發(fā)生礦難,有線線纜被破壞,視頻傳輸就會(huì)立即中斷,進(jìn)而使井上搜救人員不能及時(shí)了解井下被困人員的情況,影響救援的決策與進(jìn)度。因此,有必要建立一套完整的井下視頻無(wú)線傳輸系統(tǒng)。WiFi技術(shù)應(yīng)用于井下無(wú)線視頻傳輸系統(tǒng)具有速度快、可靠性高、靈活性好、傳輸距離遠(yuǎn),抗干擾能力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)方便與現(xiàn)有的有線以太網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合,組網(wǎng)的成本更低。因此,,本文將WiFi技術(shù)應(yīng)用于井下視頻傳輸系統(tǒng)。 本論文首先介紹了WiFi技術(shù)的基本原理,WiFi的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),WiFi的協(xié)議和WiFi技術(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu),接著介紹了基于H.264標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的視頻壓縮方法,給出了H.264的編碼和解碼過程,并詳細(xì)介紹了μC/OS-II操作系統(tǒng)的移植過程和任務(wù)調(diào)度機(jī)制以及任務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)通信,然后設(shè)計(jì)了以MSP430F5438微處理器、WiFi無(wú)線傳輸芯片LTM22和以太網(wǎng)芯片W5200為核心構(gòu)成的井下視頻無(wú)線傳輸系統(tǒng),給出了系統(tǒng)硬件總體結(jié)構(gòu)以及各單元電路的具體設(shè)計(jì)方案。最后在此硬件平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了μC/OS-II在MSP430F5438上的移植,編寫了基于μC/OS-II的API接口函數(shù)和底層硬件驅(qū)動(dòng)程序以及該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用程序。 本論文最后進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件能夠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,可以正常收發(fā)數(shù)據(jù),有效地解決了傳統(tǒng)井下視頻傳輸系統(tǒng)中存在的問題,達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the demand for coal in our country is increasing day by day. The growing scale of coal mining means that more and more miners need to work underground. At present, most mining enterprises adopt the method of wired transmission. Once a mine accident occurs, the cable is destroyed, the video transmission will be interrupted immediately, and the rescuers in the well will not be able to understand the situation of the trapped people in the well in time. Influence the decision and progress of rescue. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a complete underground video wireless transmission system. WiFi technology has the advantages of high speed, high reliability, good flexibility, long transmission distance, strong anti-interference ability and so on. At the same time, easy to integrate with the existing wired Ethernet network, the cost of networking is lower. Therefore, this paper applies WiFi technology to underground video transmission system. This paper first introduces the basic principle of WiFi technology, the key technology of WiFi protocol and the structure of WiFi technology, then introduces the video compression method based on H.264 standard, and gives the coding and decoding process of H.264. The transplanting process, task scheduling mechanism and task data communication of 渭 C / OS-II operating system are introduced in detail. Then, a downhole video wireless transmission system is designed, which is based on MSP430F5438 microprocessor WiFi wireless transmission chip LTM22 and Ethernet chip W5200. The overall hardware structure of the system and the specific design scheme of each unit circuit are given. Finally, the porting of 渭 C / OS-II on MSP430F5438 is realized on this hardware platform, and the API interface function based on 渭 C / OS-II, the underlying hardware driver and the application program of the system are written. At the end of this paper, a systematic experimental analysis is carried out. The experimental results show that the hardware and software of the system can run stably, can send and receive data normally, effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional underground video transmission system, and achieve the expected goal.
