【摘要】：將聲音識別技術(shù)應(yīng)用于邊防車輛類型的自動識別,提出了一種改進(jìn)的基于實(shí)時編碼信號處理(TESP)算法的特征提取方法。具體方法是:根據(jù)車輛聲音信號的特點(diǎn)提出一個包含40字符的擴(kuò)展符號表,根據(jù)符號表編碼后產(chǎn)生的符號流構(gòu)造1維S矩陣,同時,以符號流中相同的連續(xù)2個符號出現(xiàn)的概率為參數(shù)構(gòu)造2維A矩陣,得到更加精確的特征向量。然后,設(shè)計(jì)了支持向量機(jī)(SVM)分類器和K-鄰近分類器(KNN)對不同的車輛類型進(jìn)行分類識別。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:與基于傳統(tǒng)TESP算法的識別率(51%)相比,基于40字符符號表的1維S矩陣和2維A矩陣特征提取方法的平均識別率分別達(dá)到84%和87%。與傳統(tǒng)的基于頻域和時頻域提取特征方法相比,該算法需要較少的運(yùn)算能量和內(nèi)存資源,識別速率快,識別準(zhǔn)確率高。
[Abstract]:An improved feature extraction method based on real time coded signal processing (TESP) algorithm is proposed by applying sound recognition technology to automatic recognition of border vehicle types. The specific methods are as follows: according to the characteristics of vehicle sound signals, an extended symbol table containing 40 characters is proposed, and a 1-dimensional S matrix is constructed according to the symbol stream encoded from the symbol table, and at the same time, The 2-dimensional A matrix is constructed by taking the probability of the same continuous two symbols in the symbol flow as a parameter to obtain a more accurate eigenvector. Then, support vector machine (SVM) classifier and KNN (KNN) are designed to identify different vehicle types. Simulation results show that the average recognition rates of 1-D S matrix and 2-D A matrix based on 40 character symbol table are 84% and 87%, respectively, compared with the traditional TESP algorithm (51%). Compared with the traditional feature extraction methods based on frequency domain and time and frequency domain, this algorithm needs less computing energy and memory resources, and the recognition rate is fast and the recognition accuracy is high.
