【摘要】:進入二十一世紀以來,我國進入經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展期,我國人民生活質(zhì)量與生活水平有著顯著提高。伴隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,食品質(zhì)量安全問題也逐漸引起了消費者的重視。無論是政府、社會、行業(yè)企業(yè)或者消費者,都希望建設(shè)成一套有效的食品安全監(jiān)測體系。我國政府也投入大量資金建設(shè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),希望基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的追溯技術(shù),利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)與計算機通信,形成一個系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品追蹤網(wǎng)絡(luò)。同時,可追溯產(chǎn)品本身能否消化追溯系統(tǒng)建設(shè)帶來的成本增加,追溯系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)能否給產(chǎn)品增加其附加值,也是追溯體系建設(shè)的重要組成部分。本文從實際出發(fā),分析國內(nèi)外牛肉行業(yè)追溯體系建設(shè)情況,充分調(diào)研企業(yè)實際需求,充分利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù)、條碼技術(shù)、射頻識別技術(shù),將牛肉的飼養(yǎng)、屠宰、加工、包裝、貯藏、運輸和銷售全過程關(guān)鍵追溯點的數(shù)據(jù)信息鏈接起來,建立一套軟硬件結(jié)合的信息追溯系統(tǒng)。站在食品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)立場上,建設(shè)一套行之有效、提高監(jiān)管水平的高端牛肉產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)一方面提高效率服務(wù)于企業(yè);一方面提供監(jiān)管終端服務(wù)于政府監(jiān)督管理部門;最后形成可查詢系統(tǒng),服務(wù)于消費者。該系統(tǒng),涉及環(huán)節(jié)涵蓋高端牛肉的養(yǎng)殖環(huán)節(jié)、生產(chǎn)加工環(huán)節(jié)、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管環(huán)節(jié),以及在賣場銷售狀況等;作為基本需求,各環(huán)節(jié)都含有增添、刪除、查找等管理功能。該系統(tǒng)在各環(huán)節(jié)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對單個高端牛肉進行標識,并形成流通過程中該牛肉產(chǎn)品的打印條碼、追溯查詢等功能。聯(lián)合各環(huán)節(jié)數(shù)據(jù),對單一銷售個體建成個體標識,形成查詢號,并通過GPRS/GSM完成多種信息聯(lián)網(wǎng)。最終建立起高端牛肉產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, China has entered a period of rapid economic development, the quality of life and living standards of our people have improved significantly. With the economic development, food quality and safety issues have gradually attracted the attention of consumers. The government, society, industry and consumers all want to build an effective food safety monitoring system. Our government has also invested a large amount of money to build the Internet of things application system, hoping to make use of the tracing technology based on the Internet of things, using the network to communicate with the computer, to form a systematic product tracking network. At the same time, whether the traceability product itself can digest the cost increase brought by the traceability system construction, and whether the traceability system construction can increase the added value of the product, is also an important part of the traceability system construction. Starting from the reality, this paper analyzes the construction of domestic and foreign beef tracing system, fully investigates the actual needs of enterprises, makes full use of Internet of things technology, combines network technology, computer technology, bar code technology, radio frequency identification technology, The data information of key traceability points in the whole process of raising, slaughtering, processing, packing, storing, transporting and selling of beef is linked together, and a set of information tracing system combining hardware and software is established. On the stand of food production and processing enterprises, a set of high end beef product traceability system, which is effective and improve the supervision level, is built. On the one hand, the system improves the efficiency and serves the enterprise; On the one hand, it provides supervision terminal service to government supervision and management department; finally, it forms a searchable system to serve consumers. The system involves the production and processing of high-end beef, the quality supervision, and the sales situation in the market. As a basic demand, each link contains the management functions of adding, deleting, searching and so on. Based on the enterprise data of each link, the system marks the single high-end beef, and forms the function of printing bar code and tracing and querying in the circulation process of the beef product. By combining the data of each link, the individual logo is established for a single selling individual, and the query number is formed, and a variety of information networks are completed through GPRS / GSM. Finally establish the high-end beef product traceability system.
